Corinne's aunt: Esposito Marie-France resides in ALAUCH (near Marseille) Bouches-de-Rhones The two who caused us most problems was one of Corinne's aunts who happens to be an active member of the French communist party: Kaddaoui Colette Route de Rousset quartier les longs COLS 13710 FUVEAU FRANCE Needless to say, my ex-wife Renee, Corinne's mother, is not the least worried about Corinne's disappearance. During the summer of 2005, we gave Renee over 1200 phone numbers of French newspapers. She was to call them up to ask them their email address and explain what happen to her daughter Corinne. Out of all the 1200 numbers, she only gave us 4 email addresses, despite the fact she had free international calling to France and was in a wheel chair. Also, her niece currently a cardiology specialist in Marseille: Bernardi Beatrice Cardiologist Specialist at the Marseille Hospital I will remind you of her post card (in the previous sections) stating her husband knows a very highly placed official in the United States. There are other family members in France but I will not give out their names as they have always refused to meddle themselves in the story and never did anything against us. To come back to matters here in South Carolina, we can say we have very little information at the moment as my ex-wife and two daughters Catherine and Christine are refusing to tell us anything whatsoever as we are putting it all on this website. Despite this, we learned that Catherine's boyfriend James Gillespie left for Chicago to find an apartment. Christine still doesn't have a job and they are detaching her more and more from her daughter. The housing authority from Anderson, SC also advised them that they will have to leave before February 20, 2006. Right before Christmas, we gave Christine a Jeep she could use to go back and forth to work with. Early February, we learned she either sold it to pay the electric bill or traded it in at a dealer as she bought a new car with her tax return money. We took advantage of the time to add some new videos on our website. February 17, 2006, we will be mailing out a stack of letters addressed to the French Press from Washington D.C. This winter, we took advantage to reinforce our finances. We went back to our house in South Carolina as during the winter, there aren't much tourists walking by the White House. We put several cars out for sale, and as last summer, customers would call us sounding very interested. When they came to test drive the car, they would change their minds before even driving it or they will just pretend to drive it a bit and then tell us they're still not interested. This is how we moved from one car to the other and customers would drop by on us while we were by the cars. Due to the good price, good paint, and clean interiors, an Oldsmobile we had was sold immediately on the spot as the customer saw the car. No one had time to contact them and block them ahead of time. The same happened to a Mercedes we had for sale as well. The customers for it didn't even try to negotiate the price. A similar story follows for a Ford Taurus we had. A customer stopped by and looked at it and said he was going to see tomorrow, maybe this and maybe that. However, during the conversation, a Hispanic person who happened to be driving by started looking at the car. With his bad English, he said "You're selling it? What's wrong with it because the price is so low?" He took it for a drive and said he will be right back with the money. He came back with the money and the car was sold right then and there. The only problem which remained was a 1995 Saturn SC2 because of its high price and people have a harder time finding the cash for it.  We had to sell this Saturn on the Internet. It sold way less than what it was worth as it only had 27,000 miles. We asked only $500 as a down payment and offered delivery within three days. Delivery was offered for East and South Coast states. Our feedback with eBay has over 200 positive feedback ratings (100% positive) and has been with eBay since 1998. We’ve been with PayPal since 2000 and never had any problems. The car was delivered the next day we received the down payment via PayPal. To our greatest surprise, PayPal locked in the $500 down payment. The only explanation is the following letter:
We then went ahead and called PayPal. My son Despot Jr. explained the problem well with the supervisor. He asked for at least the whole email address of the account and/or name or account number. He said he can't give that information out but will transfer the information to the correct department and we should get a response very quickly. Here we are, several weeks later, we still have no response and the money is still locked in. This story reminds us of an incident with Mark Philips and Cathy O'Brien when Mark Philips's bank account was wiped out at the bank by the CIA and no one could explain what happened. In reality, this PayPal account and the debit card tied to it was more than likely used by Corinne last fall to make an order with Amazon. This was probably to leave traces to where the order was shipped to. We supposed it was her but this time they are trying to shut down our PayPal account to erase all possible traces. Our arrival at our house was noticed. We knew that we should watch out everywhere we could, especially since our landlord decided to raise our rent despite our lease agreement. We went ahead and paid it anyhow to avoid any conflicts. However, to our greatest surprise, our neighbor two houses down, for the first time brought over his car so that my son could change the clutch on it. My son took it for a drive and found absolutely nothing wrong with it. He brought it back to him and told him that there was nothing wrong with it and it even seemed brand new. The neighbor said he sometimes noticed it squeal when it was cold. We refused to change it as it seemed fine. He himself seems to have been relieved. A few weeks later, that same neighbor came back to see us again because his son-in-law broke down (his son-in-law used to live in Chicago). He wanted for my son to go get the car and bring it over to our house to fix it. We refused especially since there were a lot of shops closer to them than us. We well know that they are trying to find some pretext to bring us to court so that things can be happening around us again. Especially so since Christine was evicted from her apartment early March 2006. We still don't know exactly who lodged them in a trailer out in the country. She is no longer in Anderson County but in the neighboring county. This way, in the future, no detectives / police officers from Anderson who were aware of our case will be handling any further issues with them. The trailer they're living in now is pretty well isolated on a small road and the forest is not too far behind the house. They also have no phone whatsoever. My ex-wife is in a wheel chair and my 4-year-old granddaughter has a habit of going outside on her own. Christine is often absent out trying to find a job she can't find; no one wants to hire her.  In 2006, the same story is repeating when in 1986, they tried to isolate us in Adams Run, South Carolina. Christine had recently gotten two lab dogs. They were handling their job well by approaching everyone who came close to the house. However, during the last week of March, she found someone had stolen the two dogs. We know this area pretty well. Not too far from them is a milk farm that has a fridge in a small un-attended shop and keeps gallons of milk in it. People stop by and leave money in a bowl and get their change out of it (for some foreigners, this might appear strange but in the country sides of America, there is no theft or very little of it). He has been doing it like this for years and has never had a problem. The disappearance of the two dogs worries us quite a bit. We took this very seriously as these dogs were more than likely bothering someone. Someone who was probably planning to kidnap my granddaughter Melody. More than likely, Christine would have disappeared at the same time either from her house or from somewhere else. They would have made things look as if Christine came and got her daughter and decided to leave to go live with someone. This obliged us to bring Melody over to my mother in a house which is much safer than Christine's. This would have most likely passed as an affair that yet another daughter decided to leave as these children have "crazy parents". This affair was well prepared in advance and well organized by the CIA as in the whole region and area where we live, everyone we knew started to keep away from us. A whole campaign of disinformation has been launched against us. Up to the point where an employee who worked at a company asked my son "Well, what did you do? You went away from here to steal from people? Where is your sister?". We're seeing this same story circulating between a lot of people. Some people who know us well see something wrong is happening but don't want to have anything to do with it. We equally found out that Caroline this winter came down south. She also had a car accident right before Christmas. Soon, we will have more information but cannot say more for the moment. Without any doubt, the police is still trying to use Caroline so that the CIA won't have to meddle themselves directly so much. April 11, 2006 On the evening of April 1, 2006, we parked on the side of the road next to the apartment buildings where Catherine lives. My son Despot wanted to talk to her regarding her steering wheel on her car and at the same time, we wanted to see what was going on with them as her daughter Isabel had her finger squished in a door at Wal-Mart. Christine had just spent a week at her house which is very unusual for Catherine's boyfriend JD to support this. We came to the mistaken conclusion that JD must of went to Chicago. While Despot was talking to Catherine, JD went across the yard and across the street, yelling "You put my name on the Internet?" and hit me through the open car window. We called the police who gave us a police report.  What worried me most that night was Catherine's well-being. Her cry was extremely depressive. I told the policemen, "Look at what state she is in, she can't even talk". It is then that Catherine said she was taking anti-depressants. It is more than evident that they are trying to destroy our family, Catherine is trying to oppose but seems to no longer be able to. May 6, 2006 April 2006, we sent faxes like every month in the past, to all the Consulates and Embassies in Washington, D.C. and United Nation Missions in New York. April 3, 2006, we went to court to see the Judge. April 7, we returned to sign the warrant. April 14, 2006, the Anderson Police Department phoned us and asked us to be in court that morning because James Gillespie had been arrested. He left the same morning on a cash bond and was given a court date for mid-May. Among all these problems and our business which we run, it is taking up quite a bit of our time. We haven't had too much time to add to our website nor to reply to questions which we get from people. Therefore, it can partially explain why visits to our website have drastically gone down. For March 2006, we had only about 6,000 unique visitors (a report can be viewed here). Seeing that our sales of cars has been blocked again, we started investing in other sorts of business which can be conducted online.  We went and got this paper cutter which we purchased online all the way up to Chicago (almost). During this time, we took the opportunity to make a quick trip to Chicago and we learned some new things about Caroline. Detective Rochette from Des Plaines moved out the way and Detective Dalcerro took over also from the Des Plaines Police Department. Det. Dalcerro is currently the officer who is "taking care" of Caroline. A detective from which we learned was married and who frequently visits Caroline's apartment at 523 Dempster St Apt 1S in Mount Prospect, IL 60056. He isn't hiding as this affair is entirely handled and covered by the American Government. Caroline also filed for divorce a month before Corinne's disappearance in May of 2005 right as she had started her new job at Juno Lightning. Since last year during the months of August-September 2005 while we were protesting by the White House, the court ordered her to allow her ex-husband Gil Rodriguez to have visits with their daughter on the weekends. She also lost her vehicle right before Christmas 2005 in a car accident. We here in South Carolina are taking great precautions and measures everywhere we can. The biggest problem for the moment is Christine. It is with her that they're trying to get us to go bankrupt. Already since last summer when we began protesting by the White House, people who were revolving around Christine quickly disappeared (for example, Old Mr. Denis, ex-policemen Doug, etc...). Christine began getting close to a new "friend" Michelle. Michelle is about the same age as Christine and also has a daughter about the same age as Christine's daughter. Since last summer, they've become inseperable. Michelle quickly left the father of her daughter and found a new boyfriend "Chad". Under a pretext, they came to live with Christine for a week or two. My ex-wife's camera disappeared from their apartment and only had the chance to find this piece of paper:  This "Chad" we were able to find him on the Anderson County court website. He was convicted of sexual exploitation of a minor.  It seems like the big guys keep their distance and put the little guys in the front. During the fall of 2005, Christine would fine a job here and there but would quit/lose it just as quick. Since November 2005, she hasn't had a single job. She spends her days at Ms. William's house at 146 Cedar Rd in Anderson, SC. She eats and sleeps there and also spends her days there (every two or three days she'll go home just to check up on her daughter). Ms. William's Son-In-Law is currently fighting in Iraq and at one point, we started having doubts that they were trying to get Christine to sign up in the Army as well. During the autumn and winter of 2005, we assited Christine financially as much as possible. We finally decided that it wouldn't give any positive results as Christine was no longer in the possibility of finding a job. Everywhere she would put in an application, she would get promises of being hired but then no one would call her. Someone behind the scenes was putting a stop on it hoping that we would continue to finance her so we would go bankrupt faster. During the month of March 2006, we decided to take Christine along with her daughter to the Alabama shoreline. We couldn't recognize her during the few days we spent together. Her way of thinking and her reactions were completely abnormal. I would say she was lost and she herself cannot realize what is going on. It would take too much time to explain all the details but if you believe it or not, I am repeating it one more time, Christine is under hypnosis. Early March 2006, she moved into a trailer with only $175. The electricity was connected with a new electric company with no deposit. When she speaks of people and her friends, she only mentions them by "a friend" and "this guy/girl I know" and avoids giving out any names. Sometimes she calls from Greenville along with Michelle and "her friends". Sometimes she calls from Traveler's Rest, SC but we know nothing more. Finally, April 21, 2006, she left for Detroit along with Michelle to drop off "a friend". April 22, 2006, Michelle dropped Christine off at Chicago. The night of April 23, Michelle returned home here in South Carolina WITH Christine's car. Christine stayed at the same house she was at two years ago with Gil and other unknown people in Chicago. Since, she asked us several times for us to come get her in Chicago. Part of her rent from March, April, and May is still due. Her electricity was to be turned off and my ex-wife and granddaughter were to remain in the house with no electricity or car out in the country. We quickly decided to bring Melody, my granddaughter here with us. May 6, 2006, we told Christine one more time that we weren't planning the least to come get her in Chicago. What also surprised us is since April 22, 2006, up till today, May 6, 2006, Christine has not asked us once about her daughter. She has a very big void in her mind. Worse yet, they have well split all of them apart. Caroline refuses to see Christine knowing she's in Chicago and Camille is doing the same. Equally, Camille and Caroline don't talk to each other; each of them can't stand each other nor talk to each other. We've never seen these types of relations in our family before. They've been "programmed" well and should any one of them disappear, none of them would lift a finger to find out what happen. What we don't understand is that the UDBA in cooperation with the CIA and Chicago Mafia are not at all worried about the maneuvers they carry out because they know that they have a highly placed official in Washington who will cover them. If the Yugoslavian UDBA (as small as Yugoslavia is) work with such liberty here in the U.S., what remains for other countries who are much more powerful and better organized? Then, we hear President Bush on TV talking about "Enforcing National Security". While Christine was in Chicago, we went to visit Catherine at her job right near the end of April 2006 to fix the steering column on her car. As she was there with boyfriend's car, she told us to come back tomorrow. The next day we went back again and she told us it wasn't a big deal and didn't want us to change it. For these two visits, it was my mother, granddaughter, and son Despot who went over to see her while I stayed home. What shocked them most is while Catherine walked out the restaurant to come talk to them in the car, another employee walked out almost immediately after her (about 40 years old) and followed right behind her. Catherine hadn't called her to come with. This other employee wasn't the type of friend she would call to come meet her family, but a rather cold woman who is there to keep Catherine within a frame and is watching her closely. She took a good look at everyone in the car, listened to everything that was being said, and without a word, went back inside the restaurant with Catherine. You could say that Catherine had a bodyguard! A week went by after this time more or less normally. All of a sudden however, Catherine called us asking for us to come fix her car. She kept calling over and over again and each time she called, her car supposedly had an extra thing wrong with it. The list is long but for the moment, we're being precautious and are taking steps not to go to Anderson. We feel they're preparing something for us there, we can only suppose but we'll stop here. The night of May 6, 2006, we refused to go to Anderson yet once again. Our business is being blocked more than ever, including our business online. A laptop which we sold a week ago on eBay still hasn't been paid for although the bidder had over 160 positive feedback points. A 1994 Plymouth Voyager with 130,000 just painted in great condition was sold for a ridiculous $1400. A 2001 Suzuki Esteem with only 59,000 miles which we got a lot of phone calls about is still up for sale. Customers called, test drove it, go get the money, and poof, we don't hear from them anymore. Today, May 6, 2006, starts the 12th month since Corinne disappearance and we've had no news of her since. We received support from several people who knew Corinne and each one of them could tell you the same: "That isn't Corinne, Corinne would never do something like that". We're no longer hoping too much from the French Government as in today's world, pedophiles and sexual abusers are better protected than honest citizens.  April 8, 2006, during a television broadcast from Belgium (Questions a la Une), we learned that the French President Mr. Jacques Chirac telephoned the Judge to protect Rock Star Johnny Hallyday from a Rape Case. He told the judge "The French People would not be very happy to learn that their star Johnnny is being charged with rape". Of course, Johnny was given a "Not Guilty" verdict. - Picture taken in 1997 when President Jacques Chirac awarded him the "Legion d'Honneur" medal. During the last couple of days, we've been heavily working around our website. We edited the Ted Gunderson link, we added new videos, and have added several replies to the "You ask... We reply" section. However, we still haven't had time to read certain books which we put up in our Bibliography section. As soon as we placed the above update, Michelle called us and asked us why we had her name on this website. We explained that it was to inform people and to protect the family but she wasn't happy. She told us her mother does not have a son-in-law fighting in Iraq, however, we didn't ask her if it was probably her daughter's boyfriend, or maybe he was in Afghanistan, or Kuwait? May 11, 2006 On Sunday, May 7, 2006, Christine left Chicago by surprise to arrive in South Carolina the next day. An hour later, Catherine called us (she was already aware of the fact and we supposed Caroline was the one who informed her). Catherine kept insisting that we come to Anderson and it became very strange. Catherine had to be in court the next day, May 8, 2006, for speeding tickets which Christine had put in her name because she had a bench warrant. That Monday morning, Catherine was arrested at court and held till 3:00pm the same day. She was released by a different judge who still didn't believe her story. There was no reason for them to arrest her, only some tickets had to be paid. Several factors showed that it wasn't her who had really gotten the tickets, but I believe it was done on purpose to put the pressure on between the two sisters. The same night, Catherine drove down to Greenwood, SC and my son Despot repaired several things on her car on a parking lot. They exchanged some words about the mid-May trial regarding the incident with James Gillespie, but she wasn't very worried about it because the police had already taken up sides with Mr. Gillespie. They're all ok between each other to continue breaking up the family. We learned the following: Before Mr. Gillespie was released, the officer asked him what relation he had with My son, Christine, and I because we were under "an ongoing federal investigation". Mr. Gillespie replied saying he had nothing to do with us. The officer also asked him if they could drop by his house anytime to ask him some questions and Mr. Gillespie refused saying he knew nothing and had nothing to do with us. The officer also asked him if we were invited to his house on the night of the incident, when Mr. Gillespie said no, then the officer gave him his support saying it won't be a big deal then. They well know that Mr. Gillespie had been sentenced for seven years in jail. Ever since he got out, he has never really had a job but that doesn't seem to bother them. Why do you want us to go to court for? Everything is already decided ahead of time and we will only be ridiculous. Once more, we'll probably end up looking like the guilty ones. May 12, 2006 We sold a new car over the Internet. The most curious part is that we will have to deliver it all the way to Miami, FL. There is nothing special/rare about the car and a dealer bought it from us. He paid the whole sum with a cashier's check which he overnighted to us. It's true that we have a very good feedback rating with eBay, but we have a bad feeling that they're probably preparing a car accident for us while driving there or returning. It is probably the last car we will be selling with that account because of a "transaction error" which has placed our account on hold even after several complaints. We had to send an overnight payment but for the moment nothing has changed. Friday, May 12, 2006, we spent a whole day with Christine. Since the summer of 2005, we kept paying their Internet bill, phone bill, electricity bills (partial or whole), plus money for rent, car insurance, and other expenses here and there. May 12, we helped Christine out with another $500. This became a usual habit for Christine but we could no longer support two homes. For this reason, we told Christine that she can come live with us along with Melody but for your mother (my ex-wife) can just go to Catherine, Camille, or Caroline's house. That day, we didn't even imagine that in reality, they were perfectly aware that they were sinking and they had plans with Caroline already to move to Chicago. During the day of May 12, I notice Christine was in a strange sort of affairs. I say strange because it would take a lot of explaining for you to understand why I'm so sure that she is under hypnosis. She is circled by a lot of people whom she doesn't talk to us about. She still doesn't have a job despite the applications she put in. She is constantly being humiliated and is more and more dependant on her friends for a gallon of gas or a pack of cigarettes. Speaking of hypnosis, I received a lot of questions these past few months. I haven't had time to add them to our section of "You ask... We reply...". I don't know of any good books on hypnosis in English although I'm sure they exist. People give me a few descriptions of the children's behavior and ask me if they are symptons of hypnosis or subliminal messaging. I don't know and couldn't reply to those questions. It would take too much more information and details and other factors can come into play. For my children, the situation is different because I know them, their character, and when and how changes came in. For them, I can guarantee if they're under hypnosis or not. May 13 & 14, 2006, we sent new faxes to all the U.S. Representatives, Senators, Consulates and Embassies of Washington, D.C., United Nation Missions in New York, and all the offices of the FBI and Secret Service. However, all these faxes certainly did not please someone or perhaps it is a coincidence. Sunday night (May 14, 2006), we got a call from a towing company in Mississippi to inform us that they towed a few cars of ours. We were told it was $125 for each car plus $20 a day. One each car, we left a small piece a paper with a message and our phone number in case of any problems. Maybe it was just a coincidence or someone was trying to seek revenge, but we're not going to cry for a few cars. We believe there is a positive side to it because it will take up less of our time and we will be able to go back to the White House to continue our protest quicker. August 31, 2006 Excuse us for not posting updates sooner. We just spent eight weeks at our local county jail. However, we will start from the beginning… Monday, May 15, 2006, we headed out for Miami towing a car behind us to deliver it to the new owner. This sale did not please us from the start as we sensed something was wrong. The person who won the bid was from Costa Rica and we had to deliver it to his friend in Miami. No questions were asked for delivery beforehand but were paid without question in full. We had this car up for sale on a parking lot while it was up for sale on eBay. As soon as we cashed the check from the buyer in Miami, a lady calls us and tells us that she’s by the car and wants to buy it right away. We refused as we cannot sell the same car twice. We thought that this was the setup they were trying to put us in so they can sue us later. However, as we later saw, this wasn’t all. The short conversation we had with Manny Hernandez from Miami led us to believe that other things were in preparation. He wanted us to be there only Monday-Friday and only from 9-5. Then, he told us we can also be there Saturday as he will have a tree trimming guy there. While we were driving Monday towards him, he kept calling us to see exactly when we will be there. We finally told him that we won’t make it there until 9:00pm. He said he’ll be home at that time and won’t be able to meet us. He gave us directions to some hotels not too far from his house where we can stay so we can meet the next day. With my son, we decided to slow down so that we would arrive there as late as possible. At around 1 am, we found his small dealer on a road not even a block and half long. He only had about six cars there and a four bay garage. There were no trees to trim either. We dropped the car off there and headed back as quick as possible. We left him a note explaining that there was two drivers and the second driver had his obligations for Tuesday so we regret not having met, etc… He called us at 10am Tuesday very mad saying he found the keys and title but it was already too late for him to try to get us to turn around. We decided to head to Mississippi as we had 9 cars we bought there spread out between three different parking lots. We had to tow each one of them to South Carolina one at a time. The first parking was actually in Mobile, AL where we left a Nissan, Mercedes, and Chevrolet. Each car had a card with a note and phone number where to contact us should they have any problems/questions. Before we dropped them off there, we had asked permission at a hotel next to it. The manager said that between the 3 hotels there, no one knows who owns that lot. She said other cars have been there for months and no one is doing anything about it. She also said at night semi trucks park there and she couldn’t see why we couldn’t park a few cars there. We also didn’t see any inconvenience but when we got there, our three cars were no longer there. We continued our trip to Gulfport, MS where we parked 3 cars on an abandoned restaurant among other cars and campers who stayed there 24 hours a day and no one ever told them anything. We also got a big surprise there as our two cars were gone. Only an Oldsmobile remained. It was parked in-between two other cars without a plate and they must of imagined it belonged to the owner of those two cars or they didn’t have time to two it yet. On the 3rd parking lot, where a good portion of the lot is occupied by empty pallets and campers, we also left 3 cars there with valid license plates. A Porsche and Saturn were gone and only a Buick remained. We loaded it on the trailer and towed it home. We calculated that for the 7 cars that we lost, a sum of about $20,000 - $25,000 had been lost as well. Before arriving to our house, we sent an overnight letter to the judge in Anderson who was handling our case against James Gillespie. We explained what happened and why we didn’t find it necessary to be present as we were made to look more like the guilty ones than anything else. After a 3 day road trip of towing cars over 2,000 miles, Wednesday night, May 17, 2006, we arrived home. Three minutes late, Christine calls us from the Anderson Police station. She asked us if we can pay her tickets and fees of over $1000 so that she won’t get locked up (false information and driving under suspension). I told her we couldn’t as we just recently helped her with $500. Despot immediately decided to go to his mother’s house to see if everything was alright with them. He learned that they still owe part of their March rent. Their power was to be disconnected last week as well. He told his mother that he’ll be back tomorrow to get Melody so she could stay at our house a little and also so that she can go see her mother tomorrow at court. She asked how was she going to manage by herself and Despot told her we had already ordered them a cell phone and will bring it to her tomorrow. We were the ones who were going to pay the bill. He left on those terms and got back home but I was already sleeping. At about 11pm, Catherine called and told Despot that Caroline is coming from Chicago to get Melody and to drive her to Chicago. Despot decided to go get Melody immediately as Caroline cannot even manage to take care of her own daughter so how was she going to manage to take care of Melody? Caroline also hasn't spoken to anyone in the family for over a year now and all of a sudden she jumped on the opportunity to drive down to get Melody. For what reason? When he arrived there, Melody was still not sleeping and immediately came to him. She was so excited when she learned that she was coming to our house that she forgot to give her grandmother a kiss goodbye. When Despot got home, my mother got up and made her something to eat. At 5:00 am, May 18, 2006, the phone woke me up and Chief Johnson from the Abbeville Sheriff’s Dept was trying to explain something to me. He said something about Melody and her grandmother, etc… I told him yes, I was Melody’s grandfather. At first, I thought that because Christine had gotten locked up, there was a problem as to who will take care of Melody. My mother came up behind me and told me that Melody was already here. Finally, I woke up Despot so he can translate. We asked him his fax number so that we can fax him a letter explaining the situation. He gave us his fax number and we sat down to type him up a letter. I could not even imagine that this depraved mind, my ex-wife found a way to call the police and told them that her son Despot came to her house, pushed her down, and forcefully grabbed Melody. With her wheel chair and walker, along with her tears and innocent face, Chief Johnson fell for it head first. If Chief Johnson had the least bit of intelligence, he should of realized that in this whole affair, 5 Despotovics are the only ones in it and he should have understood that it was nothing more than a family problem. However, it takes a minimum of schooling and intelligence. In my case, my wife was right when we came here to the United States in 1982. She said "You know, people here are very naive, even stupid. You can read them like an open book." It’s true, Americans in general don’t even have a tenth of European "cautionness". My ex-wife with her intelligence rated under average, was able to spin around her finger all of the Charleston Social Services. The same thing was repeated in Chicago. How the French proverb goes, never a second time without a third. Here we are the third time; she was able to get the whole of Abbeville County involved around her imagined stories. She knows social services would be at her house to see what she needs, pay her bills, etc… In the letter we gave Chief Johnson, we told him we will bring Melody back to her grandmother if he takes responsibility (and he said he would) as the grandmother is a high diabetic with sugar levels between 400-600. Her toes had been amputated and the doctor ordered her not to lift more than a spoon because of her weak heart. She spends her days in a wheel chair in a trailer where they owe more than 2 months of rent and the power is about to be turned off. She also has no phone and obliges Melody, four years old, to help her all day long. Melody also gives her insulin shots twice a day. We also stated that Melody’s mother Christine had just gotten locked up. In contrast, we do not profit from any welfare. Melody has all her Disney video tapes she can watch and a vast library. Piano, toys, and baking cakes with her great grandmother is also part of her activities with us. She also enjoys playing hide and seek with her uncle Despot. Melody also knows how to make her small drawings on a computer. While we were typing the letter, a friend we knew called us and told us we were all over TV. They were saying we kidnapped Melody and that we have a blue minivan and that we might be headed to Chicago or Mississippi. She told us she knew we were good people and surely meant no harm to Melody but to be careful because here they have a hard time understanding anything. We thanked her but were confused between all the events. I cannot believe that my wife whom I believed was so stupid can spin everyone around her. It was the only phone call we got from a courageous friend. All other calls regarding us were received through 911 or the Sheriff’s Dept. As soon as we finished making the letter and connected the fax machine to send it, the police was already knocking on our door. We opened up the door and invited them to come in. They didn’t want to hear anything and only wanted us to step outside to handcuff us. Despot stepped out first and they immediately handcuffed him. He only had the time to hand Chief Johnson the letter but he didn’t find it necessary to even glance at it as he already had his world made up in his mind. I heard Despot telling me that they had already handcuffed him and I got closer to the door to see what was happening. As soon as I got to the door, they dragged me outside and handcuffed me as well with my hands behind my back. An unexplained savagery. They walked us to the car and were ready to handcuff my 75 year old mother as well. Despot asked them why handcuff her as she had nothing to do with it. My mother broke out crying saying what brutes and savages they were. She said that even in Tito’s communist regime, she never hear of something like this saying they weren’t the least bit normal. I asked them to atleast wait a minute so that my mother could give me my pants and shirt. I asked them if they could atleast remove the cuffs so that I could put my pants on but they refused. My mother had to put my pants on for me. It was in these conditions that they put us in the car and drove us to the Sheriff’s Dept. What an amazing happening of events, remember simply in May of 1983, 23 years ago, 4 police cars took my two month old son away from me. Now, May 2006, they took my granddaughter and it was my son and I who found ourselves in jail. A curious unreal destiny?  In legends of the west, we’ve had cowboys who could draw faster than there shadow. In today’s reality, Chief Johnson can handcuff you faster than what it takes him to realize what’s going on first. After handcuffing my son and I, he went towards my 75 year old mother to handcuff her as well but backed away at the last second. All the news channels on TV were talking about us. Chief Johnson was the big hero. When he got home that night, he sat in his big rocking chair. His wife had already done the dishes for him so that he can have more time to spend in front of TV to see his success of the day. It was thus that he fell asleep on his rocking chair that night with a copy of Country Livestock magazine on his laps. In jail, it was Ms. Crawford who took our fingerprints. Like a child who plays with puzzles, very carefully she took our fingerprints on several papers, several times. We were so popular that we had to autograph each one as well. In love with herself, be careful if you don’t pay enough attention to her. If you don’t, she’ll form a hatred against you and try to give you complications during your stay in jail. During this first day we got arrested, my mother remained with Melody and a lady and detective looked over the house. They saw all of our computers, library, etc… They understood that Melody was well with us. They asked my mother to wake up Melody. Melody woke up and hugged my mother. She was also happy when my mother dressed her with new clothes we bought her. As a school teacher, she knew how to deal with kids and started singing kid songs with her. Melody laughed and joined in. The officers/social workers saw that Melody was doing well and felt at home. They all got in the car and came into a different area at the Sheriff’s Dept. A psychologist gave her a teddy bear but Melody didn’t pick it up probably because she was too big for such things. She then gave her a book, then a second more advance book, but it wasn’t until the third one that Melody picked it up to look at it. She then played and danced around with my mother. Then, some other people who were there hid in corners and Melody went to scare them. After all this, even the biggest imbecile would have seen that Melody was neither abused nor shocked. Around 12pm, they separated my mother and Melody and told my Mother that Melody was going back to her grandmother’s house, most likely so she could continue being her domestic slave. They drove my mother back to the house alone without anyone worrying about her age or her health. Alone again in the house, her blind son in jail, and this time her grandson as well. A very strange experience in a country that call themselves a country of freedom and liberty. While we were in the temporary holding cell, Investigator Chris Bensel went to go see Christine at the Anderson Jail. He asked her if she ever gave us permission to get Melody. Christine, stressed and angry at the whole situation denied ever giving us permission not realizing we were arrested for kidnapping charges which was considered a serious crime. A few weeks later, she wrote us a letter saying she thought we didn’t want to pay her fines just so that we could have Melody at our house. The same evening, we saw Judge Ferguson for a Bond Hearing who seemed honest and just. He advised us that we risked up to 30 years of prison and that we would have a preliminary hearing within 10 days and that we’ll have a lawyer within the next 3-4 days. He gave us a $50,000 bond for each one of us. I told him that I didn’t want Melody to leave South Carolina but he told me that wasn’t up to him to decide as he wasn’t a children judge. Of course, a few days later, Caroline came down from Chicago to get Melody and drove back with her. We’ve always wondered who financed this as we know Caroline’s financial situation.   Of course, the newspapers were not on strike either. The next day, the Columbia, Greenville, Greenwood, and other papers wrote articles regarding this case. What kind of information do they give? I guess you can judge on your own. On TV, they issued an amber alert saying we might be headed to Chicago or Mississippi. When we entered our section in jail, all the inmates there recognized us as they had seen us on TV. Despot told them what happened and they were surprised to hear that he and I were in for the kidnapping of my granddaughter and that the charges were pressed by his mother. One even joked "Soon we’ll have paraplegics in here". This jail was a very small jail house which was built only about 5 years ago. We could believe that we were in a vacation resort. Cells are open from 6am to 10pm. Everyone circulates freely through a bigger common room. Despot would play chess or we would go outside to catch some sun from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Guards were just and there was truly a nice ambience which made us forget that we were really in jail. Other inmates who came from other jails said this was the best and easiest jail they’ve ever seen. Whether it be guards or inmates, they were all surprised to hear that it was my mother who pressed charges against her son for kidnapping. Often, people ask me in emails how do I manage to support all these difficulties throughout my life but in reality it is pretty simple. Each time something happens, I try to find the positive side to it. I found it the first day with this jail story because we ended up in a safe place, behind cameras and with guards. Secondly, Despot saw who his mother really was. Third, for me, it will be easier because in the past, the Yugoslav agents in Chicago dispersed news among the Serbian community that my wife was the poor innocent lady and I was the horrible husband. One thing that was certain was that for the summer of 2006, something was greatly prepared, a setup somewhere, but we could not figure out the exact where and when. From Yugoslavia, news came from my sister that she had thyroid cancer and was loosing weight quickly and couldn’t even lift a chair anymore. We knew that at all costs, they wanted my mother to pack her bags and return to Yugoslavia to take care of her. It was only when my sister found out that I was in jail that she told my mother that she had thyroid cancer for sure, otherwise said, it is a quick death. In letters I exchanged with my mother, I advised her of the doubts on the story and she also understood that things weren’t exactly clear (a few months later when I spoke with my cousins in Yugoslavia, none of them had ever heard the least bit of info on my sister’s cancer, my sister later admitted that finally she did not have cancer and is starting to gain weight again. We’ve seen this happen many times in the past, events lining up at the same times here as well as in Yugoslavia, there is no doubt of a cooperation). However, it was more than certain that in jail, we were in good safety. There is however a negative side to it as we were being held under serious charges and this affair could have been dragged for months and months. These doubts which I had from the first days started to prove themselves more and more as two weeks later, we still did not see our lawyer or did we have our preliminary hearing. As our house phone works over the internet, we could not make collect calls to my mother. The first day, they promised us that we’ll be able to call however this never happened. We also learned later that since it was the summer months, everything was going to work slowly in the court system. Since our case was put on TV, our neighbors saw what happened. I could never thank my neighbors enough who came to bring my mother groceries, who drove her wherever she needed to go, who cut our grass during our absence, who also called the Sheriff often to see what was going on, and even came to visit us in jail. We’ve been here for 5 years now and they know us as honest working people who never had any problems. I can only say BRAVO and thank them all together. After two weeks in jail, on the night of May 31, 2006, I decided to begin a hunger strike June 1, 2006. I refused my breakfast June 1 and the same night, we had proof that what I thought was true. A group of inmates who came from the courthouse told us all they heard about us at the courthouse. Between several inmates, the version we heard was the same. Things were said like "While we were waiting in the hallway for court, a door to a nearby office was open. We heard their conversations about cases which were to come up. They spoke of your case and they were reading something from a computer. They said that this was your second kidnapping, that you’ve been wanted for years by other authority groups, that you have other criminal affairs and that you both were even questioned for 9-11. You guys aren’t getting out anytime soon." Yes, we understand why all this was said. They needed an explanation why they were keeping a blind man with his son in jail this long for as everyone prior to that believed that we’ll be out quick. This hunger strike I knew I needed it as well for my own health. I was overweight and I believed it would greatly help me. Twelve days after I begun my hunger strike, two psychiatrist came to visit me. We supposed they came from either Columbia or Greenville, SC. They just wanted to examine the case as to if it was just a hunger strike or a mental problem. They both were very friendly and they immediately understood the situation after I explained what happened. After two and three weeks, I started getting dizzy and had a harder time to walk. June 23, 2006, I finally saw my attorney. The same night, I got up a little too quickly. I got extremely dizzy and tried to hold on to the sink. I do not remember what exactly happened afterwards. I woke up on the floor with a knot on my forehead and a strained neck. Guards came and Administrator Robinson brought me a bag of ice. I didn’t care for any ice, my neck was in extreme pain and couldn’t move it. It seemed that I must have hit my forehead on the corner of the bed before I hit the floor. Mr. Robinson advised Chief Johnson who then advised the Sheriff but they refused to let me see a doctor. I asked for a pain shot but the jail is too small and they don’t even have a nurse. I was given some pain medicine and I had to request my food so that the medicine wouldn’t be taken on an empty stomach. They finally left me on the floor. My son put me my mattress on the floor where I remained for the following three days. Little by little, I was able to get better; however this time it was my stomach which became extremely ill. I don’t know if it was the food, medicine, or the city tap water. Other inmates complained of rashes appearing on their skin because of the water in the shower so you can imagine what it did to my stomach when I only drank about 7-8 cups of water a day. The stomach pains became intense which obliged me to take Tums pills regularly. It calmed my stomach a bit but they still upset my stomach with the sugar they had in them. I regretted taking them though as it retarded my hospitalization. While we were in jail, we wrote a letter to Christine explaining what was going on. We ended up getting a response from her as well as a copy of a letter she wrote for the judge. We gave the judge his letter immediately and Investigator Chris Bensel went to go visit Christine at the Anderson jail again to make sure she was the one who really wrote that letter. We also learned that Christine was transferred between city and county jails. She had many tickets and was giving Catherine’s name and information every time she was getting pulled over. She was labeled a "Habitual Offender" for driving under suspension but is totally unaware of the situation she is putting herself in. Just as she got out of jail July 1, 2006, she came to visit us by surprise July 2. So that she wouldn’t be late for visitations, she told us she was driving 100-110 mph to get there on time all while knowing how much time she was looking at if she was to get pulled over one more time. We told her all she had to do was to go see the judge and explain to them the truth. However, she told us that they told her that she was risking up to seven years of jail time if she was to come back on what she originally said. About a week later, she again came to visit us but all in all, nothing much changed. She did tell us however that Melody was crying over at Caroline’s house in Chicago. July 6, 2006, we finally got our preliminary hearing (the one that was promised within 10 days). We only learned a few extra details on my ex-wife’s statements. Such as Despot pushed her down because she got up to keep him from leaving, etc… However, Investigator and Judge both learned that Despot had been at their house twice that evening and had arranged to be back the next day to bring her a cell phone so that she would be able to have a phone in the house. The court here was in the same building as the jail, just a few doors away. However, I had an extremely hard time to go there as I was feeling very weak after not eating since June 1, 2006. I could not find this strength however for our hearing on July 13, 2006 which was held at the courtroom in the downtown courthouse. We had to go up two flights of stairs. I was assisted by others, my forces had abandoned me. I could barely sit up on a chair in front of the judge. Christine was present that day as well to briefly explain what happened. She explained that it was a misunderstanding and that I was the grandfather and Despot the uncle of Melody. Chief Johnson was also present and honestly told the judge that they just got caught up in this family mess in the middle of the night. He also told the judge that Christine had changed her story around three times already since she has gotten out of jail. The judge said he was tired of seeing these cases where the police end up looking like the guilty ones. The judge asked "Well, did anyone mean any harm to the little girl?" Everyone said no of course so the judge went ahead and let us out on a signed bond and we were free to go home. In a way I regretted it as I saw myself in a hospital, I wanted to take advantage of it to take some other exams at the same time but I didn’t get that chance.  July 13, 2006, we got out of jail. To terminate these police stories, I simply want to say that this justice system went bad from the beginning. If only the same night of the incident the police who went to my ex-wife’s house simply had noticed that no doors or windows were broken, knowing that she was pressing charges against her own son, simply asked her the least amount of questions. "Has Melody been at their house before?" Yes. "How many times before has she been at their house?" About 10-15 times. "When was the last time?" Last week (after 3 weeks) "Did he say he’ll be back?" Yes. "When?" Tomorrow morning to bring me a cell phone. This is a minimum of questions that a police officer should ask. These questions and replies are only imaginary as I don’t know what my ex-wife would of replied but most certainly crossing questions like these a truth would of came up. If anything, when we handed the letter to Chief Johnson when he came to our door, he could have taken 20 seconds to read it instead of sending us straight to jail. One thing I would also like to cite here is the thanks I want to give out to some Serbs in Chicago who came to our help. Since we put our last dollar in some cars we recently purchased, our savings were exteremly low. We had to pay rent and all other utilities. I made a list of Serbian people we knew whom she could call for help and another list of people not to call as they would not give us anything whatsoever. On the first list, I put names of Serbians who came before the second war world who aren’t meddled with Yugoslav secret agents and consulates and they did help us out. On the second list were names of Serbs who listen to the agents and found all types of excuses to refuse help. My mother was still tempted to ask I.G. from the second list but got the response of "I can but I don’t want to". Others tried to discourage her "He’s hunger striking? They’re going to put him in the worst nursing home possible". Others tried to put her in doubt as to if Corinne was dead or alive. Luckily we had American neighbors and old Serbian friends who gave my mother a very big support which allowed her get over the crisis. Despite it all, Yugoslav agents are spreading news around the Serbian community in Chicago that Corinne left home because she was tired of me. That perhaps she must of found someone to marry but she won't tell me because I might not be happy of the choice she made. However, when you ask anyone who knew Corinne what do you think that 15 months later we still do not have any news from her? They all answer the same, whether it be Serbs or Americans: No, that isn't Corinne, she would never do anything like that. Our finances were under $0 when we got out of jail, however my ex-wife and Christine did not have this problem. For them, their rent is still free now 5 months later, even the 6th month now as they still haven't paid their August rent. Mrs. Floyd gives them free rent or maybe a church is paying it for them; we do not know for sure. Before we got jailed in May, someone anonymously paid $100 of the electric bill. In July, they were still trying to figure out who paid it. Because of this kidnapping affair, Catherine and Christine learned where we lived and we started seeing them more and more often at our house. Christine still doesn't realize that she cannot drive her car as her license is suspended. Near the end of July 2006, she drove to Chicago to go get Melody from Caroline. It was upon their return in Tennessee that the police pulled Christine over for speeding. She found herself in jail again for driving under suspension and Michelle and Melody in Christine's car. Here, for the following event, we heard two different versions. First, we learned that Michelle returned Melody to my ex-wife. Three days later, Christine got out of jail under a bond and told us that Melody was in Chicago with Caroline again. A friend sent Michelle $90 so she could drive Melody back up to Indianapolis where she met with Caroline. It was only in mid-August that Christine went back to go get Melody but this time to Kentucky as Caroline drove down part of the way as well. For Christine's bond, we heard two different versions but we still do not know the truth, one says Caroline paid it and another says a friend paid it. In any case, all these events from the past three months dragged one thing after the other, they were in reality completely unnecessary.  Melody would still come at our house and she was very happy (This picture was taken AFTER we got out of jail, Despot is holding up a copy of the newspaper article). Amnesty International talks of a middle-age justice system in the USA. Middle age or not, I don't know. In any case, the justice system is not correctly adapted for the people's needs in the 21st century. Out of all the civilized countries, the USA holds the sad title: for every 100,000 citizens, 735 are in jail/prison. Only 535 in Russia, 315 in Canada, and about 100 for the European Union, depending on the country. Exactly said, we have 8 more people in prison (in proportion to population) in the USA than in France. Perhaps in France we don't arrest enough people but it is obvious that in the USA we jail too many. This July and August 2006, Despot went to many different stores and places where people knew him. Everyone was happy to see him "Hey! There you are, what happened? - We've known you for years and knew you would never do anything like that, we were sure it was just a family misunderstanding". Catherine had the opportunity to see as well that everywhere Despot went, he was respected. Despite it all, cars which we’ve lowered the price on dramatically no one asks about. When they go get the money, we don’t hear from them anymore.  Judge for yourselves. This car is worth between $4000 - $5800 in the book depending on the condition of the car. Everyone worked on this car and we had it up for sale for $2.750. It was only during the fourth week that by chance we crossed an older man who fell in love with the car. He immediately went to go get the money but the family refused to drive him back to the car. We had to go get him at his house. We got there at the last second because the other family members were getting ready to take him somewhere. When we came back to his house with the car, the other family members were extremely angry and didn't even take the time to come look at the car. As for our case against James Gillespie, a pre-trial hearing was given for August 16, 2006. We went there and Judge Mattison as well as the prosecure were just and friendly. We explained what happened and the only thing I asked was that he accept the facts and to offcially apologize. He accepted and did so right away. The case was then closed. I don't like to settle family problems in courtrooms, as in my own family in Yugoslavia a part of my family is mad at me most likely because I have written things against Serbs on this website. Or perhaps, it is the Yugoslav secret services who are putting pressure on them so that we lose the most amount of support. In Chicago, the same thing is going on. They're especially aiming for my mother. She is subscribed to several Yugoslavian magazines in Chicago and every month or so, we send them a money order for the magazines which they then mail to us. Here in August 2006, we sent them an empty box with return postage along with a money order. To this day, they still have not received it. They still seem friendly but are reserved. It seems someone is putting pressure on them as well and they have to follow along. The money order was never cashed so we will have to mail them another one. Christine was getting more and more in conflict with her mother so she was recently spending more time with us. For the time being, I'm going to avoid giving details on her attitude and general well being but perhaps we'll be able to do something for her... Maybe... as nothing really depends on her. For the night of August 31, 2006, we had a very great pleasure. Despot went with Melody to go get some groceries. While she was trying to figure out what kind of candy or chocolate to get in the candy isle, Chief Johnson landed on them with his cart. For a minute, he stopped, thought, and looked at Melody. He realized that this was the same child that 3 1/2 months ago he launched an amber alert all over TV for. He wanted to turn around but then finally decided to keep going straight. He told Despot he was happy to see that things have worked out for us. He asked Despot if our case was closed and Despot told him it still wasn't closed yet but Christine had dropped Melody off at our house because she had to be at work. There is nothing better when a person realizes on their own the mistake they've made. Corinne, we haven't forgotten about you. We are doing our best for you and will continue to do our best to get you out of where you are. We will never forget you. October 16, 2006 Today, we are October 16, 2006. I am going to start explaining recent events from September 1, 2006 as we have been behind on our updates. Certain things which I held back from telling six weeks ago I can say more freely today because of new events. Lately, Melody has been with us almost permanently. We freed up a room for her and her mother Christine in hopes that they'll move in with us. Christine started spending nights over here and felt alright being here. However, we were shocked at how much her personality was transformed. My mother, Despot Jr., and I could not recognize her. Since this "visit" she had on Kim Swanson's farm, we haven't been able to find her original character. It would take too much time to explain how Christine was in the past and how she is now. This hypnosis which she was victim of has totally destabilized her behavior. In one month, she has changed jobs three times. Also, she is continuing to drive her car with no insurance and with a suspended license (habitual offender) unconsciously. All this happened while she was waiting for her trial in Tennessee regarding another driving under suspension charge. Her entire personality has been transformed and her childhood memories have been erased. One day, I pulled out some video tapes to show Melody some old time memories of when her mother was little. This video contained scenes of me playing with my children when they were little in Charleston. Everyone is laughing and playing. Simply a few years, Christine had watched this same video and had laughed when she saw them, it made a good souvenir. However, this time when she watched them, she reacted as surprised and as if she had seen them for the first time. Most scenes she claimed she never remembered. Not only did this "forgetness" bother us but she also had a strong repellence in watching such a video. In the middle of it, she got up and went outside with a pretext that she had to be somewhere. She got in her car and left without giving any more explanations. To the present, we've been keeping back on writing some news on little Melody. However, ever since she's come back from Chicago, things have been different. Sure, she still plays and has fun with us but she has uttered several things which have shocked us. We won’t list them here however (for the time being anyhow) as they will most likely quickly turn it on us and accuse us of something then. Us getting closer with Christine didn't please someone and rapidly, changes took place. A friend Jerry became her boyfriend. From his sister, he moved in with his father where he had his room and Christine moved in with him. He doesn't have a car so ends up using Christine's car. Therefore, Christine has to stay there to drive him back and forth from work so she ends up with no more time to come over at our house. She comes from time to time however for very short periods and would take Melody only for a couple of hours and then she would return her to us. We can only suppose where she takes her but we have no power to oppose. Near the end of September on a Thursday, she told us that she'll be over to get Melody the next day for a few hours. Then, we could come pick her up again but she would be back Saturday again to pick her up once more. I asked her why this comedy of going back and forth twice, why not just keep her from Friday to Saturday? She said "No, I'm doing something for her Friday and Saturday, it's Jerry and her father that are going to be taking her out somewhere"??? I didn't ask anything else to not attract too much attention on the fact that we were trying to figure out what was happening. We equally realized that they were detaching Christine more and more from us so that she wouldn't approach us anymore. Catherine no longer wants to talk to us, when we call her she hangs up. We had luck in obtaining Camille's cell phone number from a friend in Chicago. Despot Jr. tried to talk to her but she refused any contact. She told him "While you're living with dad, I don't want to talk to you". They have united themselves together to put pressure on Despot Jr. to get him out of the house as well so I would end up looking like the guilty one. Chicago or South Carolina, it is very well organized. There is only one chief directing the orchestra. Since we've cut off all aid to my ex-wife and Christine, the power for the trailer where my ex-wife was living was turned off. She therefore had no more water or power for cooking or the refrigerator. She also found herself with no medicine. It was the owner of the trailer who alerted the police and social services. Very quickly, she was hospitalized the same night. They tried to accuse Christine for abandoning her mother in the trailer. However, very quickly, they found someone to pay the power bill and my ex-wife was able to return (atleast it's what we heard...?) While we were in jail, we promised a whole lot of books as a donation for the jail. They accepted and were really happy especially since they had a room destined for it which was empty at the time. Just as we finished sorting and organizing the books, we wrote a letter to the Sheriff to let him know that the books were ready. However, our offer came down at the same time as the power bill situation of my ex-wife. It was most likely the main reason while Sheriff Goodwin didn't reply.  To keep our promise, we offered the jail these books. When we called after sending a letter, we were transferred to the jail administrator, Mr. Robinson who was already aware of these books. However, he refused them stating that they had an agreement with the library for some books. The library? In the past, we donated books to the library on several occasions, several hundred each time. Sadly however, these detainees who are held unoccupied all day long, no longer have the oppurtunity of having access to thousands of textbooks, novels, etc... I do understand however that everyone is aware of our website, as well as newer events which have happened with my ex-wife. The administration probably didn't want to have anything to do with us. Christine hasn't worked since the mid-September and this isn't bothering her boyfriend Jerry either. We thought he worked regularly however we noticed that on a Monday he was home. The next week, it was a Wednesday. Despite it all, they found a house with four bedrooms and 50 acres of land around it not too far from the Interstate. The nearest neighbor is the forest and trees across the street, another 75 acres who belong to the same owner. No human being can see you from the house or hear you should you scream, perhaps at best, they might hear a gunshot. Rent for it was originally $400 but now she is telling us it is only $300, the landlord "doesn't care too much about money". Our personal conviction is that they are getting this house ready so that later my ex-wife can move in with them. They need her as she is continuing to do a good separation between My mother, son and I and them.  What bothers us is Ms. Kim Swanson's property located at 112 Alene Hills Way in Anderson, SC. It was here that Christine was "pulled", she was to help them put up a fence around the property. This house has seven rooms, for private recommended guests who come over to spend vacations.  The most curious is this horse stable. It has a lot of different compartments for horses, compartments that are as big as a room. There is a hallway in the middle of it, however, the hallway can be divided into three parts as it has two metal curtains that can cut it off. Compartments are on the left and right side of the hallway. Despot Jr. saw this stable once when he went to go pick up Christine (the stable was still under construction). Despot Jr. was shocked at the big metal doors that close each compartment. They were big metal doors made of steel bars (close together) that went from the floor to the ceiling. These doors would roll from side to side and are very massive. I don't know how horse stables are usually made in the United States but you can make your own opinion as to the use of this stable. It is from this property that Christine came back, what I've always called hypnotized. We do not have this luck, to have such a landlord! We don't see Christine much any more. For her trial of October 2, 2006, she didn't ask us to drive her to Tennessee for court but Jerry's dad was going to take a day off of work and rent a car to drive her up there. At court, she got away with just a fine and nothing more. At our house, Melody is always happy and always has a good time. However, she always has regrets that her mother doesn't want to come live over here as well. October 5, 2006, Christine brought Melody back to our house after having spent a short time with her. She said she'll be busy painting their new house all weekend long so therefore she didn't want Melody in the way. Hours later, at 8pm, she calls us and tells us that she'll be over to get Melody because she's going to drop her off at Catherine's house so that Melody and Isabel can play together. We weren't really convinced, however, up until today, October 16, 2006, they are trying to make us believe that Melody has been at Catherine's house all this time. We had doubts that Christine was handing Melody over to a sect who would hold her in a boarding school. Our doubts only became stronger because on October 20, 2006, during our absence at home, people from a sect left a brochure with my mother with a website address on it: Watchtower.org - They already knew in advance that she didn't speak english. - On the evening of October 16, 2006, Christine asked us to come get Melody. She told us Catherine no longer wanted her as she wasn’t listening to her.  We went and got Melody October 16,2006 in Anderson. We noticed a bump on her forehead and she was complaining of a headache and kept saying she was tired. It was obvious that she was asking us for help. We also noticed she had head lice. When she got into our van, she kissed my mother’s hands and kept repeating "I love you". Despot Jr. was driving and she told him the same as well over and over again. The same was said for me. When she got home, she ran to me and hugged me. We noticed that she needed help and felt reassured being at our house. We hoped that she would stay at our house a little longer so she could rest and at the same time we could probably figure out what was happening to her. However, the next day, Oct. 17, Christine called us and asked us to return Melody. We refused as we weren’t headed to Anderson that day but she drove down and got her the next day. Up until October 23, 2006, we still have no news of Melody. Christine no longer knows what she is doing. She got her tongue pierced and already had her nose pierced. They’re just waiting for us to argue with her. Whether it be Catherine or Christine, we’re constantly avoiding an argument with them as we know that they are no longer thinking or acting by their own will. An argument will give them a logical excuse for them to stop talking with us. Finally, it was Jerry, Christine’s boyfriend who sent me an insult-type message over the cell phone without any reason. However, we didn’t react to this either to avoid conflicts. To verify where Melody was, my mother made some cakes and she said "Well, I'll go over there and bring them some cakes for Melody and Isabel". They refused and told us that if my mother went over there, they will call the cops. It is good to state here that the office for the apartment complex where Catherine lives put a no trespassing notice up for my son and I. It is the same thing that happened last year where my ex-wife and Christine lived; they also advised Christine that my son Despot had no right to be on there property whatsoever, not even in his mother's apartment (absolutely nothing happened for them to take such a measure, my son and I where in Washington DC protesting!). Where was Melody all this time? We can only suppose. Perhaps she went to Chicago with Caroline and my ex-wife Renee. Maybe Christine put her in a kindergarten, which was recommended by their "Church". This "church" which we never could find out who and what they are as we have a strong impression that they have joined a sect. We know that Christine goes to this church often; however what exactly do they do we still do not know for the moment. While they are offering them some advantages, with us, they're trying to destroy us. They're trying to put us under everybody else's level. For example, Christine was able to obtain unemployment benefits after working three different jobs in a single month (she voluntarily left the jobs as well). This is in addition to the welfare she gets every month. We also heard that Social Services was going to put my ex-wife Renee in her own apartment and they would pick up the rent every month (this is still to be verified). She is already living in a trailer where rent hasn't been paid for the past 8 months, now we're offering her an apartment. On the morning of October 24, 2006, my mother and son drove to Anderson. For a few hours, they went out to eat with Christine and Melody. There was only a small trace of the bump in the middle of Melody's forehead. All that was left was a sort of hard bump. It was pretty strange as it was already 8-10 days later. It couldn't be just a simple injury. It seemed more like a shot that was given to her which takes time for the body to absorb. We haven't been seeing Melody lately at all. As for Isabel (Catherine's daugther), we haven't heard or seen her for a very long time. Our belief is that the CIA has pushed them in a sect (so that they wouldn't be directly meddled), all under the cover of a "church". We found the address to the Christian Learning Center that Melody was spending most or some of her time at (3018 Augusta Street, Greenville, SC 29605). Their website is: http://www.clcofgreenville.org - There you will see the following: Released-Time Christian Education is time set aside during the public school day when parents may have their children released from a related arts class to go off school premises to receive biblical instruction. We do not know to what extent Christine is engaged with this Church/School as she and Catherine are trying to hide all they can from us. The whole month of October was a real nightmare. We've had several tips that led us to believe that someone from France from my ex-wife's family had came over here but they were trying to hide this from us at all costs. They are preparing something very seriously, they first want to seperate Christine and Catherine from us so that finally they can settle things with us. They're going to try to cover-up this Despotovic case as they have a fear that one day or another, the real truth will come up on the lies they've communicated about me.  It is very simple. Someone broke the lid off our mailbox (this only happened to ours). It would then be easy to say that our mail could of flown away. Perhaps a letter requiring us to be in court would be mailed to us; we wouldn't receive it and so therefore we would be arrested and held in jail for 3, 4, 5... months awaiting trial. It was only by chance that we discovered our name on a court docket for the October 16 trial week. Our case still hasn't been tried but the case hasn't been closed either. They are waiting for the signal to put our case up for trial. In September, we put up a BMW for sale on eBay. Here is the trouble that we had:  We tried to sell a couple of cars, one which we put up for sale on eBay (a BMW). We have a 210 positive feedback (100% positive) which gives bidders confidence in what we sell. Despite this, this time around we get quite strange questions from bidders as well as eBay canceling our auction listing and then re-listing it an hour later. Finally, after several hours of research, we found the culprit: Mr. Robert Kadunce from HyndsiteTech.com 4302 Mesquite Lane, Knoxville, Tennessee 37921. Despite the fact that he never placed a bid on our car, he contacted every bidder telling them his own fabricated stories plus a link to a message board which contained the following excerpts: "Someone should buy this car and sue them. Free car + money FTW!" His friend then calls us from Chattanooga, TN (Tel 423-598-8710) to ask us where the car is. We then got another email from Mr. Kadunce saying " I have contacted the Greenville, SC Sheriffs Dept to have them investigate the car." We have nothing to hide but they are trying to sabotage our account on eBay. It isn't excluded either that before the car ends, someone is going to bid high on it to get the car at all costs with a fake account just to post us negative feedback. eBay sells about 32,000 cars a day, 556 3-series BMW alone. Would it be simply a coincidence that it would happen to us?  We had to cancel the listing for this Mercedes which we placed up for sale on eBay. While moving the car, an individual on a parking lot noticed it and offered us money for it right away. An hour later, it ended up being sold locally. Well, there it is. It has now been 11 days that we haven't heard anything from Melody. Catherine is hanging up the phone on us and Christine keeps going from one lie to another. It has been an hour and half now that we've been adding this update. We also got ready to start faxing again and we got a phone call from Christine. She wants us to come get Melody. A very curious coincidence, is it not? Last month, we faxed the Consulates and Embassies in Washington, DC (about 150 numbers). About 180 faxes to the various Missions to the United Nations as well as about 25 faxes to various internal offices of the United Nations were also sent. Around a hundred and fifty faxes were also sent to the Secret Service and the FBI offices. We're not expecting a response from these people, but we're rather just keeping them informed each month as to what has been going on. However, more than 500 faxes were sent to the Senators and Representatives. We did expect some kind of response.  Unfortunately, replies was a big silence from the Senators and Representatives, except for this one. Mr. Senator DeWine found the time to at least send us a letter; stating that our letter was transferred to the South Carolina Senator. Thank you very much Mr. DeWine October 23, 2006 we faxed our monthly update again to all the different places mentioned above. For September and October this year, I have listed more things then I would usually put up here. I am holding back as best as I can from posting certain things to keep some people from thinking that this is a paranoia. However, this time we had a little extra time and we went through some websites that people recently emailed us. On FreeRupublic.com we found an Interview with Mark Philips when he talks about the CIA. We found the following: "Most operatives do not know who they are working for. There are over 86,000 of them in this country. Now you divide that by 50 and see what you come up with." 86,000? About 15 years ago? How many are their today? Everywhere you turn, they can do with you what they want as everything is covered by the US Government. We well felt this weight on our backs. We haven’t put up a lot of details on this website otherwise it would take several big books to explain everything. However, if you want to keep your liberty and freedom of thought, take a lot, A LOT of caution. We have a stack of books here, including some books from Cathy O’Brien and Mark Philips which we haven’t had time yet to read but we will most certainly learn quite a lot more. This trafficking of Children is very well at an international level. The cooperation between Secret Services ("Intelligence Services") who are meddled in this trafficking is enormous. Another excerpt from Mark Philip’s interview is: I was part of the Duke studies in 1967 and '68, working with the paranormal. Most of the people I saw at that time were of Soviet origin. As a matter of fact, I didn't know we had a Cold War going on. I really didn't. There was a huge exchange of information. I was constantly sitting down to the table with KGB agents and they were identified as such and handed me cards. I believe it as in 1994, just as soon as we arrived in Chicago, I learned that a KGB General was living in Chicago. His Cuban wife was living down south of Chicago in Dyer. The Yugoslav Secret Service makes their own laws across Chicago and are not worried at all as they are totally covered. Some Serbs and Croats also sent me some links. If you go through them carefully, you will quickly realize the same thing I’ve said in the past: The Yugoslav Secret Service has first eliminated all their opposition, and they then infiltrated themselves into the CIA. All the information being sent from Yugoslavia to the CIA today is now being totally controlled by them. They recommend their buddies and hand in hand, they all get hired by the CIA. The CIA then doesn’t care whether the information is true or false, just as long as the Yugoslav Secret Services give them children and allow other children who travel through the Balkan (and headed this way of course). PRESIDENT BUSH IS FIGHTING TERRORISM IN THE WORLD. HOWEVER LOOK AT THE TERRORISM BY FOREIGN SECRET SERVICES HERE ON U.S. TERRITORY. CHICAGO TRIBUNE ARTICLE FROM JUNE 20, 1977:  (Click on article to see bigger view) IMAGE COMING SOON In Chicago on June 19, 1977, Dragisa Kasikovic, an eminent Serb intellectual and his nine-year-old foster daughter Ivanka were killed in the offices of the Serb National Defense. Dragisa was stabbed 64 times while little Ivanka was stabbed 58 times. The diaspora was sure that a secret police agent called Bogoje Panajtovic committed the murder. In addition to Dragisa Kasikovic, the Yugoslav secret service killed 27 prominent Serb émigrés in the U.S. Twenty-seven others? That is a very modest figure. The name of these 27 Serbs are only eminent émigrés. The same was going on elsewhere in the world. In the November 7, 1994 Vreme News Digest Agency No 163 issue, we find the following: Ratko Obradovic (Munich, 1969), Sava Cubrilovic (Stockholm, 1969), Jakov Ljotic (Munich, 1974), Boro Blagojevic (Brussels, 1975), Miodrag Boskovic (Brussels, 1976), Dusan Sedlar (Dusseldorf, 1980), Dragisa Kasikovic (stabbed to death along with his eight-year-old step-daughter Ivanka Milosevic in Chicago in 1977), and Petar Valic (1975, location unmentioned). In addition, it is interesting to remember the "unfortunate accident" in January of 1978, when the automobile of Mihail Naumovic ended up in Lake Michigan, as well as the murders of Bogdan Mamula (Gary, Indiana, 1977) and Borislav Vasiljevic (Buffalo, Michigan, 1978). Rade Panic, Petar Kljajic and Petar Manevic were assassinated in Canada during those years. None of the aforementioned murders was ever solved, and the victims were all journalists, editors or financiers of emigre media enterprises ("Iskra", "Srpska borba", "Vaskrs Srbije", "Beli orao", "Sloboda" and "Srpski radio-cas"). This list is much much longer as Croatians were equally assassinated but I don’t have more details on them. The real number of killed, poisioned, or disappeared Yugoslav émigrés is much longer and I personally would say that there was a minimum, MINIMUM of several thousand outside of Yugoslavia alone. In Marseille, France, three old émigrés disappeared around me and no one ever posed any questions as to where they disappeared.
Can you understand now why the Yugoslav Secret Service was able to act with such liberty in the west? Because we let them do what they wanted. See this excerpt: "…Since that time a number of noted journalists, including Jack Anderson, Les Witten, and Martin Abend have exposed further UDBa activity in America. Finally, after years of denial, a secret U.S. Senate report was leaked by Jack Anderson on August 9, 1979 admitting that the State Department and the FBI had given the UDBa virtual license in dealing with anti-Yugoslav elements…." Here I hope that you will much better understand why Mr. Despotovic has so many problems here in the United States. The CIA needs his six children for their "Mind Control" operations and in the return; the Yugoslav and French government are going to cover the affair as well.  President Bush, you’re chasing terrorists all over the world to protect American citizens. What are you doing to protect American citizens from communist terrorist activities on U.S. territory? Four of my six children are American. The communist have bought all of you out just by giving you all a few children and young girls. We’re going to finish this for today. I have several tips that the Yugoslav Secret Service is getting ready to carry out some assaults on my family; however, there is little use in asking the FBI for protection as they are all in it together. In case of an assault, I probably wouldn’t be able to even call the police as it is easy to cut a telephone line. Lately, each night, our cell phone keeps loosing its signal as well. Yes, as promised, we've added updates on October 31, 2006, but this time, above the already written text to make it easier to read. We thank all of our readers for all the information they have sent us. It has allowed us to re-arrange our website. We've added a lot of new books in our Recommended Reading Section. I also got some letters by some people that don't understand how the Yugoslav intelligence agents can act with so much liberty on American territory, however these letters seem to come mainly from young people who haven't had the chance to have some good books in their hands. However, what is going on here is much less then what is going on in Europe. I'm not trying to give anyone lessons, however I must remind you all of certain facts. After the communist revolution of 1917, this new 'idea' propagated itself throughout the world at a surprising speed. The communist belief was attractive and a lot of people dreamed of a better and more just world. In America and especially in Western Europe, communists appeared everywhere. They developed their own political parties as well. All the leaders of the communist parties for Western Europe were educated in Moscow. Very rapidly, the communists infiltrated the schools, police, army, and it became a very good espionage organization. It was the big idea for international communism. DUring the second world war, the Western European communist parties were excellent informants at the service of the Soviet communist party. After the second world war, the French Communist Party would win about 12% of the votes. In Italy, if I remember correctly, they would get about 33% of the votes. It was during the cold war era that the infiltrated communists throughout the world provided the biggest number of spies. West Germany suffered most from this espionage. You probably all remember of President Willy Brandt's resignation in 1974 (he was obliged to because his Vice President Günter Guillaume was working for the communists). In Germany, to my knowledge, I know of six different cases where secretaries were arrested (not at the same time) up to 1982. They were all spies working as secretaries close to the President and ministers. Germans could make a dictionary of spies arrested in their country. In France, this problem is taken differently. We never hear of it and we never arrest anyone. However, the biggest story to surface in the past was that of 1974.  During the second round of voting, Giscard d'Estaing who was officially a right wing candidate, received votes from the Communist Party which permitted him to be elected. At the start of his presidency, he started making changes quickly. Admiral Sanguinetti accused him of bringing French defense to ruins with the reforms he was putting into place. Little after these declarations, the Admiral was forced to retire. His minister, Robert Boulin was found dead, officially, he had committed suicide. President Giscard's personal friend Prinz D'broile (not sure of the spelling) was murdered in the street by a gunshot. A prefet (I can't remember his name) resigned as he no longer wanted to be under the orders of his government. There were a lot of other corruption affairs, as well as cases where technological secrets were exchanged between east and west. Many French people started wondering for who's interests was their President working for. Therefore, a setup was quickly put into place. President Giscard sent the French Legion to Congo to settle things there with the rebels coming from Angola. There, the legion siezed some arms from Soviet origin. The Russians supposedly got mad, and therefore it was thus the French people felt reassured in their President. There could be a lot more said on many other affairs, however it isn't the goal of this website. For the 1981 elections, ex-minister of Charles de Gaulle, Michel Jobert who was part of the right wing party, called on the French people to vote for candidate Mitterrand (left wing) instead of Giscard (right wing). At the time, Jacques Chirac who was president of the Gaullist (right wing) party had a discreet meeting with Mitterrand. Together, they agreed that the RPR vote for Mitterrand or not at all, however especially not for Giscard. The only one who tried to oppose this communist espionage was Mr. Gaston Defferre. He said "It isn't normal that we in France are spied on to this extreme and that we are doing nothing to defend ourselves." Several years later, when he became the Minister of Interior Affairs, he sent back 43 diplomats of Eastern Europe accused of espionage during the winter of 1982/1983. A couple weeks later, students and a lot of other people, started a riot in the streets. They created baracades and broke probably half of France. Not long afterwards, the French policemen went on strike. All this was manipulated through syndicates with the Communist Party behind them. I don't know what pretext they found as at that time, we had just arrived here in the United States. In France, we never arrest anyone for espionage, the DST content themselves by just filling out a report and nothing more. The power of the communists there is too strong, they are paralyzed and it is impossible to do otherwise. Besides German and French affairs, in Italy the Red Brigade (terrorist organization) killed President Aldo Morro. There was also the murder attempt on the Pope; the communists where believed to be behind it. In England, there were numerous espionage affairs however they are all very long stories which are part of the past. What I want to say with all this is that for a very long time now, Europeans have gotten used to living with communists and spies and no one can do anything about it anymore. It is about the same here in the United States. Names and events I've just mentioned can all be verified with a little research. My idea and connection on it all however you don't have follow. You can make your own opinion about it. I mentioned the above facts in an attempt to explain that Communists and spies are not something of the past, however something that is still well alive among us. We've been in the United States for 24 years now and I am trying to attract attention to my case. However, our affair is constantly covered-up in Washington D.C. In Washington D.C., among all the administration there, I can say that there is a lot, A LOT of spies. They somewhat know each other and discretly cover themselves. It is for this reason that the Despotovic case is on the side; we never try to verify or listen to my story. They content themselves with "We have informtion from Mr. Despotovic from Yugoslavia and France. It isn't necessary to question him". My case is being sabotaged, they DON'T want to see the truth. They would rather keep the 'rear ends' of the Despotovic girls for their Mind Control projects and bury Mr. Despotovic so that everything continues as before. Of course, the Communists have no interest that Mr. Despotovic's case be opened to be better examined. If we prove that what Mr. Despotovic says is true, then it means the information from Yugoslavia is false. The logical thought process would follow as well. If they are false, then thousands and thousands of 'spies' which Americans pay over in Yugoslavia have been sending false information for over 60 years now. The CIA would never want to recognize that a little UDBA from Yugoslavia has taken them for idiots for over 60 years. Americans have deported a large number of Yugoslavs who had filed for political asylum simply because they based themselves on information which came from Yugoslavia. Today, the Yugoslavian UDBA is allowing whole networks of children and young women to transit through the Balkan. Here in the U.S., they are covering up affairs where Yugoslav children are put into mind control projects. The UDBA themselves are pushing them into the system to be good buddies with the CIA. However, they are only pushing children of parents who opposed the communist regime. All these Yugoslavian communists which you find here; well it is the American Government paying their scholarships. They are well protected and they lack nothing. I hope I have explained things well so that we can understand why a lot of things just don't happen like they are supposed to. I am only waiting for two things: I still have hope that one day my case will fall into the right hands or, that I get killed; it is the same for me as they have taken my children, what will become of me I don't care. Thirty years ago, while I was in a coma because of the accident, I followed this tunnel which Dr. Moody talks about in Life After Life. Well then... why be afraid of death? As Seneque says, this transfer only lasts a moment. November 13, 2006 Today, November 13, I'm going to add some more to this case. We added a few things above to make things clearer. All which I wrote above must not of pleased a lot of people as all of sudden, we started getting a new wave of nightmares. We've been unable to sell a computer on eBay for quite a few times already. The first time, the sale was voided because it was a Nigerian bidder who won it with no intentions to buy it (why bid if they didn't plan on paying?). The second time, here is what we got from eBay:  The THIRD time, we got the following email:
We listed it again for the fourth time, and the circle starts over again (Nigerian bidder). They are trying to block our business at all means. Selling something simple on eBay has become a great task. An older man whom we used to buy cars through has been afraid to even talk to us lately and has changed passwords and logins so that we cannot buy cars anymore through his dealer's license. How do they think we're going to make a living? Go around and rob banks? That isn't everything either! On the night of November 7, 2006, we had a strong rainfall. It happens sometimes that water gets into the wires somewhere and causes us to loose our internet connection. We couldn't check our email so we took our laptop and went driving around Greenwood in hopes of finding a wireless connection somewhere.   As soon as we opened up our laptop, Officer Dwayne Balchin knocked on our window. He asked for our identification / driver's license even though we were parked. Despot Jr. couldn't find his License so he handed him his Indiana ID card (he told the officer it had the same number as the license). Mr. Balchin called it in through the radio and he was told it was valid. We showed him the registration and insurance papers as well, everything being completely valid. He made Despot Jr. get out of the car and made him sit in the back of his car to 'talk' (he took the opportunity to handcuff him as well and told him he'll be going to jail and will see a judge the next morning). He saw that I was blind in the car but it didn't change anything. We had no warrants or criminal record but despite it all, he took the liberty to open up the doors on our van and started going through our belongings. He found a second license plate sitting on the floor in the back of the van. He asked what it was for and Despot Jr. told him it was his license plate from our older 1994 van which we recently sold. It was still valid and we were waiting to transfer it onto another car. He went and sat down in his car. It was a second officer who came as a backup that went and took the tag out of our van. He brought them and gave them to Officer Balchin. Mr. Balchin took out his own personal cell phone and called the station to verify the tag (he took his precautions; he didn't radio it in). Here again, everything checked out ok but told Despot Jr. that he was going to jail him anyhow. His pretext was that we had been living for more than 45 days in South Carolina so my son's Indiana license was considered (to him) invalid (even though he verified it over the radio and was told it was still valid). Mr. Balchin by the way works in Greenwood County but just happened to know our house 12 miles away in another county. He said he also knew our landlord, so he called him up with his cell phone at 9:30 at night at his house. He learned that we were good people but then ended up calling one of our neighbors as well. Our neighbor accepted to drive down to get our van because according to him, my son did not have the right to drive. He really wanted all of our neighbors to know about this 'incident' to better humiliate us. Of course, it was all done again to make us look bad as we are again having 'problems' with the police. Everywhere we asked around us, everyone told us that in 99% of the time, not having your license present simply means coming back the next day and showing the officer your license. All this happened under a rainy sky. Finally before leaving that night, Mr. Balchin told my son that if he showed him his South Carolina license on court date that he'll drop the fine and ticket. We had a new surprise the next day (November 8) when we found out that Mr. Balchin kept our other license plate. We called the police station and were told he wouldn't be back on duty until November 10. We called back November 10 and talked to his Captain Mr. Hills. It was very apparent that he was most surprised at his officer's behavior when he heard the story. He told us he'll see what happened and about half an hour later, Mr. Balchin called us back and was very angry. He told us things such as "Why did you call my Captain?" "You're not to question my authority" "You're making me look like a liar". He finally agreed that November 13, he'll bring the plate back to our local police department where we can pick it up. As for the family side, things have gotten worse. We can't reach Catherine by phone anymore. November 4, 2006, we spent all day at Christine's new house to re-wire their electrical installation. We ran a new main wire between the meter and breaker box but a few extra little wires still needed to be hooked up. However, we ended up getting their power on and according to her, the landlord promised her a year of free rent if they get the electricity working. That same day, Melody was there as well and she was happy to see us. Since then, we haven't been able to reach her even by phone and we're not sure where she is. That day, November 4, I tried talking to Christine a bit but it was impossible to maintain a conversation with her. She is entirely different and doesn't care about anything. A few years ago, a lot of boys she knew up in Chicago were careful around her as she had a reputation of beating up guys. Today, she's 'fearful' and listens and does to everything Jerry tells her. Jerry and her are both 'programmed'; we don't know where Melody is spending her time nor what the CIA is doing with her. She also told us that she's going to sign custody rights for Melody over to Jerry (whom she's only known for a few months).  Here is something we found on Christine's boyfriend Jerry. Jerry is also known by the Police (above image taken from the Anderson County database). It is only another boy that the CIA is using for their little needs. We haven't finished looking over all the information that people have been sending us however there are some very serious information that states that already ten to twenty years ago, over 10 million Americans were already taken into this CIA Mind Control project. Others are stating 14-20 million however for a more up-to-date estimate: 20-30 million. Little matters if it is 20 or 25 million but a lot of these people are here around us and the CIA is making use of them everyday. Whether it be JD (Catherine's boyfriend) or Jerry (Christine's boyfriend), they all have the same symptoms and behavior; they refrain from eye contact, are really cold, and do not reflect human feelings. They never (or very rarely) laugh. Both Christine's & Catherine's boyfriend are also very threatening as they know that they are protected. Monday, November 13, 2006, we're going to start our new series of faxes for this month. As usual, the FBI, Secret Service, Congressmen, Senators, Embassies & Consulates, and UN Missions will receive our update. Due to a quantity of letters I received, I'm going to add this here right away. A lot of people complain that in this section, they come here to follow up on our personal story and not stories from France, communists, etc... It's true, you're right. All these stories should of been posted under "You Ask... We Reply..." section but I was trying to give a better view / explanation on where our problems are coming from. For example, today November 15, 2006, the Russian Newspaper PRAVDA (http://english.pravda.ru/) posted an article "Internet Subliminal Messages at the Service of International Pedophilia".  It's exactly what I've been saying. In Russia, a lot of things have changed. How come here in the U.S. (or in France) no newspaper or television station is speaking of this despite our three and half month protest by the White House? Bolpress.com (Bolivia) already published an article regarding our case in November of 2005. In the past, we often criticized Russians but today we have to look at thing as they are. I've already stated above how in the summer of 2005 we saw a lot of Russian tourists during our protest in Washington D.C. - as many as there were Germans and French. As you have seen, our story is appearing in Russia but yet no where in the USA or Europe. We spent month after month protesting by the White House – in America who [has?] the biggest title of "Country of Liberty". However they know how to stifle an affair very well. Several dozen years ago, we all agreed to denounce communists with their political system and brainwashing. However, today, we're living in something much worse than that; a sexual slavery at the service of the Government - with no one in the world saying anything about it. Why is this so? I never really could express my experiences in life but what I know by my own intuition is that there is an immense trafficking of human beings going on in the world - everyone is ok on covering up this affair. EVERYONE OR ALMOST EVERYONE? A lot of political parties and para-police forces anyhow. It is a business that brings in a lot of money. Here during the month of November, I heard on TV by chance on a Belgium news show the following: A failed kidnapping of a 12 year old girl - she stepped out of a store and went across the street to a bus stop. A Volkswagen Golf pulled up and a man with a knife tried to force her in the car. The girl was courageous and yelled and held on to another bystander. They decided to let her go and took off. The police arrived at the scene - they did not use the video recording from the store's camera but just the words the girl told them. The reporter finished the story with "Despite a few dark shadows, the investigation continues". This affair happened at the same spot where two other girls disappeared last June. A few days later, we came across a report on Afghanistan. Afghan families who were displaced to Pakistan were returned to Afghanistan. They show their misery during the reportage yet the U.S. and Europe gave millions of dollars to help these people. Where did all this money go? A poor Afghan lady showed were her family slept on the floor right in the city of Kabul. She said they had nothing to eat and not even some soap with which to wash - they receive no help whatsoever. The most surprising was that she said she sold her eight year old daughter for 800 euros (about $1,000). I couldn't calm myself all day long; I'm trying to tell myself that this cannot be possible. It raised me into a depressive state which I can control, I know I have to be strong, I need to save my children right here in America. It is more than certain that thousand of children throughout the world are bought or kidnapped and end up here in this country. Since they jailed President Milosevic, drugs and humans travels very easily through the Balkans. However, allegedly Afghanistan is doing well? About 4,500 tons of opium was produced there in 2005, 6,000 tons in 2006. That's enough to produce over 700 tons of pure heroin. Not long ago, we also spoke of secret CIA prisons and flights across Europe. We tried to make it look like Iraqi prisoners were being transferred between secret prisons. Do you really believe that? You should check the report from the Swiss Politician Dick Marty (Investigator for this case).  Look at the small red dot. It represents Switzerland. In almost two years, a total of 704 CIA flights hovered over Switzerland. What about Germany or Italy which we never did get any figures? Dick Marty got an advice that he better start looking at other things elsewhere. There is a very big trafficking business going on with drugs and children, but don't ask me which one there is more of, I don't know the answer to that. What I do know is that during the month of November, Christine was forbidden to contact us. She called us VERY little and rarely only asking us when we will be there to connect the rest of the little wires under their house which were cut. We connected the big main wire between the breaker box and meter. However, there is still about another 6 little wires which need to be reconnected (they were cut with a lot of wire left on the ends, to make things easy to reconnect, someone who supposedly stole the wires for copper would of cut as much as possible). However, this was only a good excuse to give them free rent for a year. Two months ago I told her "Christine, they're only giving you that house to stick Renee with you". She told me "No! I don't want her over here." I told her that they had been living in the trailer for almost 9 months with free rent, it is starting to add up so they're trying to manipulate something else now with this house. I was entirely correct as during the month of November, my ex-wife Renee moved in the house with Christine. Their water pump is still not working; therefore there is no water in the house. Living conditions are extremely low.  The hardest is for Melody. She likes to watch Walt Disney movies and her favorite is "Bambi". Now, she's witness of deer hunting by Jerry and his father by their house – a lot of dead deer full of blood. You can imagine what kind of stress and shock Melody is exposed to. Christine is entirely under the orders of Jerry - she's not allowed to give us their house phone number and even less: let Melody spend time at our house. Of course, my ex-wife Renee is not innocent either. She must be happy with all this. We understand that someone above is trying to isolate us as much as they can from them. They only have one last problem, to jail my son Despot Jr. Our house and basement is loaded with belongings so we decided to change our plans entirely on the future. We put a lot of things up for sale.  We knew we had to be careful - we made a note on the auctions that if the bidder has low or no feedback to contact us prior to bidding. Despite it, we had to constantly block and unblock bidders because no one was contacting us first. For the frame machine, we had people interested in it even from Canada, however because of transportation costs, it wasn't worth it for them. Finally, it was the tent that was targeted. They usually sell for $450-$500 and rarely a little more than that. With us however, two people bid on it. We called them and they both told us that they were serious. The tent ended up selling for $1,025! We knew that this wasn't normal and that something was being prepared. The winning bidder was in Canada. We told him he could pay us with a Canadian Postal Money Order in US Dollars (easily paid here in the U.S.). Instead he overnights us the following:  On the money order, it said it had a watermark for security. When looking at it at the light, we could not find a watermark nor a sign / picture / logo of the bank. Instead, the only thing we could distinguish was some very blurry "letters" written diagonally (incomprehensible). Through the 800 number on the money order, the automated recording told us the money order was valid but that it could have a stop payment put on it. We called the Colorado bank handling the money order and they told us that it would take a maximum of 24-48 hours for the money order to be cashed. We decided to go ahead and deposit it anyhow and see what happens. If it was a counterfeit money order, who is reponsible, the CIA or UDBA? Tuesday morning (December 5, 2006), the money order was deposited at the bank by a garage where we ordered some tires. The 800 recording confirmed it was paid on December 6 (the next day), however, they told us it might take a few days before it would show up on the bank account that is was deposited on. A week later, funds from the money order were still not available despite Federal Regulattions found on FederalReserve.gov: For checks of types not discussed above, funds generally must be made available in accordance with a schedule specified in Regulation CC. That schedule varies depending on whether the check is considered “local” or “nonlocal.” We delayed the shipping of the tent a little more and went ahead and shipped it on December 7 (late in the evening) at a Greenville Terminal. Friday, December 8, in the morning, eBay sent us the following email:  We knew something bad was going on. However, they're waiting for Christmas time when everyone is absent from their jobs to finish up with us. In the meantime, we delivered the Air Compressor about 120 miles away from us also in South Carolina. However, the buyer had no feedback and didn't understand much about eBay. A week later, he still hasn't found the way to leave us positive feedback for the transaction. We wrote him emails three times with a link to make things easier but to no avail (most likely he's getting ready to sue us in court?). For the BMW motor above, the buyer came from Savannah, GA. He loaded the engine in the middle of a trailer without even tying it. He said "I hope I won't have to brake too hard". Of course, the smallest braking would swing the motor straight against the front of the trailer - then he will be able to say we sold him a broken motor. December 12, 2006, the money order was still not made available in the bank account (a week after it had been deposited). We also had doubts that someone was pushing Catherine to sue us in court as well for an old phone bill. In 2004, Corinne agreed with Catherine to connect a phone line in Catherine's name. However, last winter Catherine suddenly began complaining and began bringing it up. We went ahead and disconnected this line and changed companies. Despite it, the old phone line was kept connected for two months even though no one was paying the bill anymore. During the month of November 2006, they started putting pressure on Catherine for this inflated bill. We received the following email:
We decided to go ahead and pay the old phone bill to avoid complications because they're trying to tie us everywhere they can. This wasn't the only 'setup' that was set for us, there are several clues which lead us to believe that the Yugoslavian UDBA was going to put a trademark on a website we're hosting for a church or a trademark on our business name. Then again, they're probably going to try to find another Despotovic who will put a trademark on his name so that we cannot use our domain name. Little matters to them if they will end up loosing or not at court. What's important to them is to tie us up with court dates and hearings which would occupy us a lot. Monday, December 18, 2006, we have court for the ticket Despot Jr. had for the above mentioned incident. They're going to try to find a way to jail him so that at the same time, he's going to be sued for "A broken compressor", "A broken BMW motor", "A counterfeit money order we deposited at the bank", and at the same time we're going to have court for the kidnapping case. However, this time there won't be any witnesses for this kidnapping case. Near the end of November, Christine's boyfriend Jerry was under a warrant. Christine along with Melody (and possibly Renee), left for Chicago during the first week of December. As usual, Christine is driving with a suspended license, no insurance, and this time, her car has lien on it from a title loan (she hasn't made payments for several months now, the car doesn't belong to her anymore). We're therefore alone and isolated with no one else around. Another great probability is that they will try to arrest Christine in Chicago and jail her. They are sure that we will then go to Chicago to visit her. Especially since Camille's phone has been disconnected for the past few weeks - it has been impossible to reach her. When we call her at work, she's there, but then no she's not, etc... Another 'coincidence' is this famous money order for $1,025 - it can only be cashed directly at any Harris Bank location, which happens to a Chicago area bank only. They are sure that we will go to Chicago - there where the CIA and the Yugoslavian UDBA are very powerful. I have goosebumps when I think of what will become of Melody. Last time she came back from Chicago, she was a bit traumatized. However, the most curious of all is that Christine left for Chicago on December 5, 2006 at night time (the same day we received the money order for the tent mentioned above). It was only an extra reason for us to go to Chicago after Christine. However, Christine gave no news - she let a mystery form around her departure. A little later however, we learned that she left in secrecy - even Jerry did not know where she had left. December 14 2006, we left for a long road trip towards Indiana so that Despot Jr. could obtain a duplicate copy of his license for court. After a short sleep in Kentucky, on the morning of December 15, we entered Indiana and Despot immediately obtained a copy of his license. We didn't go to Michigan City (as usual) as we were afraid some kind of setup was prepared for us. However, we then proceeded through Michigan City to check our mail and continued to North Detroit to pickup some equipment we won online. While we driving through Indiana, Christine was quickly sent back to South Carolina. She wasn't to be in Chicago while we were in the area. We were confident that they were preparing a trap - perhaps Caroline and even Camille felt "threatened" by us - it would of been a good pretext to arrest us. Our story (as it would be: we came to see what's going on with Christine) would not make sense as Christine would be in South Carolina! Saturday morning while driving back towards our house from Michigan, Christine called us and asked where we were. It is important to say here that for the first time, she called us without dialing *67 - up until then, she didn't want us to know the new phone number. She had some big arguments going on with Jerry as she left for Chicago by surprise without telling him. We kept getting calls that day and she asked us when we will come pickup Melody. It was only in the evening that we told her that we had just entered North Carolina and that we were too tired and won't be able to stop by her house. We were afraid that they were setting up a trap for us - once again they could a accuse us of trying to 'kidnap' Melody again. With all these 'programmed' people around her with guns and rifles, we could not expect anything good. We arrived home on December 17, 2006 at 1:45 am after 2300 miles. Christine came to see us later in the day and left Melody here. Christine was extremely depressed and carried a knife with her. She is entirely under hypnosis. My mother who is usually pretty quiet and reserved said "That is NOT Christine at all". On Monday morning (December 18, 2006) we went to court for the traffic ticket. Officer Balchin tried to arrange things before we saw the judge - in hopes we would just pay the fine and have it taken care of. We don't call this an arrangement; he didn't plan on dropping the ticket. The ticket stated "NO DRIVER'S LICENSE" - as if Despot Jr. was driving with no license at all. There is a difference between not having a license present and not having a license at all. Despot Jr. had showed him his Indiana State ID Card during the night of the incident (as well as the registration and insurance). Officer Balchin got confirmation over the radio that he did indeed still have a valid license. Despite this, he still handcuffed him - he also told his friend there that we were on the "FBI's Most Wanted" - only to admit he mistakenly took us for someone else later on. He also searched our van with no search warrant whatsoever. Our license plates which were INSIDE our van were also taken and kept! A few days later, he told us on the phone he was going to return them to us, yet his captain told us that the plates were returned to the BMV in Indiana. Mr. Balchin also called our landlord AT HIS HOUSE at 9:30pm regarding our incident - our landlord who lives in a different county. Now, he told us he will go see our neighbors to get them to sign papers saying that we've lived more in South Carolina than in Indiana - again he's going to go into a neighboring county. He is only trying to blame us in front of our neighbors. Therefore, Despot Jr. finally asked for a Jury Trial. I have to add here something which is a bit insignificant about my ex-wife Renee. In France, she graduated as a hair dresser after her three year training. Believe it or not, in less than five minutes, she can cut Melody's hair but yet she never did. Despot Jr. had to take her to a hair salon for a hair cut! She never took care of her own kids, why should we expect her to take care of her grandchildren? (Maybe it is worthy to make a note here that the walls in her house are full of pictures of her children and grandchildren). I'm adding this here because a lot of people ask us questions about this relation we had in the family. They cannot understand my ex-wife Renee. The same night after court, Christine came to get Melody. We don't know when we will see her next time. We agreed that if she came back the next day to set up the Christmas tree, we would go to her house to hook up her water pump, stove, and water heater as they've been living in that house for several months now without any of them. Surprisingly, my ex-wife Renee, Christine, Jerry, Melody, Jerry's brother along with his girlfriend all live in that house. All these 'programmed' people are neither rich nor happy, they are only slaves of others exploited and humiliated. All these people/handlers in the Mind Control project cannot develop any intelligence, they have very primitive intentions and always have a desire/pleasure to humiliate others (in their minds, they feel bigger and more powerful when doing this). YOU KNOW, PRIMITIVE PEOPLE ALWAYS HAVE THE DESIRE TO BE IMPORTANT AND POWERFUL. Whatever the reason, we try our best to not argue with Christine as she isn't responsible for her actions. We promised her a computer and ordered a new hard drive for it. However, this time, it wasn't eBay who cancelled the auction but BIDPAY who decided to cancel the payment for it. The seller also surprisingly isn't responding to emails or phone calls. Here is the email we got from them:
For the $1,025 money order which was deposited on December 5, 2006, it still has not cleared into the bank account despite that it was paid by the issuing bank on December 6, 2006 (it is now December 19). According to Federal Regulation CC, December 20 will be the last day for the bank to either pay or refuse it. One way or another, it will be good for us. We will either have the money or proof that this was well cordinated by the CIA with the cooperation of eBay. In either case, we will document it here as the affair rolls out. Last month as usual we sent out our monthly update to over 1,000 different fax numbers. We got a phone call from the Secret Service agency in Toledo, OH - they stated our fax uses too much of their paper. Another young man perhaps who wants to show what a good patriot he his, but here again he took the problem the wrong way. It isn't a big deal anyhow, we're licking the envelope now to send him the update via the mail. I'm also including a return envelope in it so that he can make a donation. In the Secret Service offices, they have drawers full of counterfeit money which they gather from everywhere - it is their job. I hope that in return, he won't slide me a counterfeit bill so that we then find ourselves in jail for it! NOVEMBER 19, 2006, we began our 25th year in America. November 20, 2006 marked the 30th year of me being blind. I wanted to make a small report however we have been swamped with events very rapidly and we have not had the time to do so. There are also these two weeks of holidays coming up and a lot of things can happen. We know that we are well targetted. I don't know if I am going to be kidnapped like Luis Tamaz or dead like Alexander Litvineko so that perhaps once afterwards our affair will finally surface. We've received another big batch of emails and I will try to reply to them all by early January 2007. Please accept our apologies for the moment. We will add updates again by early January 2007. January 3, 2007 December 21, 2006, we finally got the money for the money order mentioned above. Even though we got the money for it, we're still convinced that the money order was counterfeit. We will see in the future, perhaps one day we will a surprise or things might stop here. December 20, 2006, Christine called us from Lexington, KY. She was in the car with Melody and Renee and was headed to Chicago. Her car broke down and she had to bring it to a mechanic the next day so that finally she could go to Chicago. Someone from my ex-wife's family came from France and brought her a lot of money. Where did this money come from? For the moment, we do not know. When her parents came to Charleston in 1991, the DST paid their trip and expenses. Her mother had a notepad and kept track of every expense and receipt. They tried to get us to believe that they won a lotto. In the past, we never talked about this subject because we were not divorced then and I did not want to agitate things. Ever since Corinne disappeared, my ex-wife is doing all she can to try to separate Despot Jr and I on one side and her and my daughters on the other. Even before she sent us to jail, Despot Jr. noticed himself what she was doing. The position she is taking to further break up the family is suiting the UDBA, DST, CIA, etc... and it is why they're supporting her so. They found a way to give her money, as without it she can't make it. We did not celebrate Christmas this year at all. My mother, son and I are not in any mood to celebrate any kind of holiday. It is useless to make a nice table full of treats when the real joy is not there. December 30, 2006, Christine and Renee came back from Chicago. However, till this day, January 2, 2007, we still have not seen either. While we're writing this update actually, we put a CD player to play some music. It is an excellent way for me to "recharge my batteries". It started off well with "Silence" by Simon & Garfunkel followed by Lara's Theme and "My Way". Then came real silence... the song "Corina, Corina" came on. It kind of depressed me for the moment. We decided that atleast for the next several months, we will stop trying to keep finding out what is constantly going on with Camille, Christine, Catherine, Caroline, etc... especially since we cannot change anything anyhow. We've set ourselves a much more precise path, money, and we have to take care of Corinne. If someone in this family merits that we take care of them, it is Corinne. During the month of January, we're going to try add a lot more to this website especially under "You ask, you reply..." and "Why has the White House kept their silence?" We're going to add excerpts from books as well. For the past year now, we've received a lot of letters from the four corners of the world. People ask us "Where can I find such and such book..." and "Do you have a electronic version of such and such a book..." A lot of these books are already in electronic format on the Internet but we need to find time to locate them. We will be adding all or almost all of them soon except for Cathy O'Brien's book. Since the summer of 2005, we've been sorting and classifying emails we receive. I have a 'private folder'. I keep adding emails in it and we keep thinking we'll reply to them next time. From next time to next time, I find now about 350 emails that concern different questions. Some people are confused; they weren't able to fully understand our situation. Perhaps we didn't explain things really well. However, each person only sees part of our file. Some talk to me about how they like my woodwork - others say "Mr. Despotovic, I understand very well the problems with your ex-wife, I had a "rapassa" (French expression) just like that". Others then again say that she went mentally ill with all these problems. Yet another says "I saw your picture when you were younger, you must of been picking up girls pretty easily! Tell me that I am right!" Or again, "I sure would like to have a husband like you that takes care of his children." Then another email came from Ms. M.G. – she was angry because I didn't reply to her first email. I replied to the second one but she still hasn't responded. Her email is probably not the only one I didn't receive as while we were protesting by the White House, I spoke to two Swiss women who worked in Berlin, Germany named Gabriela and Yulandra who firmly promised me that they will email me in English, French, or German. We're still haven't gotten the email!?! During the month of January, we will try to find the time to reply to all these questions. For now, January 2, 2007, we wish you all the best for the new year! We're going to continue our documentary here. We apologize for not having finished everything we promised. We're extremely stressed with time - we have to rebuild our financial situation while fighting against the difficulties they're causing us. This time, we haven't added anything to our website for several months at once for multiple reasons. Back then, we couldn't see things too clearly. We were trying to determine what exactly their goals were. We decided to wait so that we could give you a more exact account of what happened. Now, with much more certitude, we can document more. Back in the fall of 2006, Jerry began not going to work and eventually stopped. He was living off welfare and unemployment checks. When other expenses came up, Jerry's father would show up and help them. As we stated above, in October of 2006 James Gillespie went to Chicago - we believed someone from France came over but someone surely gave my ex-wife some money. Of course, Caroline still doesn't talk to us - Camille told Despot Jr. "I don't want to talk to you while you're living with dad" and hasn't spoken to us since. Catherine for no reason whatsoever just doesn't talk to me or Despot Jr. The only mystery left to answer was why was Christine still coming over to our house - sometimes even several times a week and talk to us on the phone all the time? All this while Jerry would constantly be pushing Christine against us and would oppose when Melody would come over to our house. We noticed he tried to start up fights/arguments with us. Since he lost his job, he would come with Christine every time Christine would come over to our house. We told Christine right from the start that we had no problem with her coming over but that we did not want to see any of her friends in our house. Jerry didn't seem to be too disturbed by this but would sit in the car by our house while Christine would be inside with us. Two days later, they would stop by again and the same story would repeat - in any case, he was always with Christine.  From the Anderson County website. We always kept a distance with Jerry as he isn't within our class and as time would go by, we noticed he had all the symptoms of a programmed person. A first warrant was issued for Jerry because he had hit Christine. Christine dropped the charges and thus that case came to rest. Despite all the advantages they gave Christine and Jerry so they could easily rent out a new house, we didn't understand why they couldn't find them an electrician to fix their wiring. Christine kept calling us and bothering us about it and wanted us to at least get their water working. There were six of them living in that house with no water (Christine, Renee, Jerry, Melody, and Jerry's brother and his girlfriend). Finally with much cautiousness we agreed to fix their wiring in the house as long as my ex-wife Renee was not there when we arrived. At the time, I believed that the most danger was coming from my ex-wife but we never dreamed it could come from Jerry. We finally hooked up their wiring that day as well as the water pump and water heater. Only a few bad wires remained up in the attic but we decided not to deal with them. As we were finishing up, a small piece on the water heater broke. Jerry decided to take care of it and quickly went to the store to buy a new piece. When he got back, he handed us a completely wrong adapter (nothing to do with what we were doing). He waited to see our reaction. It was a good thing we didn't say anything as we never argue with anyone. We just told them that it was the wrong piece and Christine decided to go get the right piece this time. Later on that day, at about 8pm everything was settled - we didn't even say a word to Jerry as we always kept our distance with him. During the month of January, Christine would go back and forth from our house and their house but always had Jerry with her. Their tax return money got spent in restaurants, movies, etc... Christine would often drop off Melody at our house but never for more than 2 days as Jerry would start creating problems around it. Around February 1, 2007, a fight broke out between Jerry and Christine near the AutoZone in Anderson.   This is a three page police report. We only listed the first two pages - the third page is the description as well as the address/phone of the witness who called the police. You may see here too that Jerry was arrested for driving under suspension and criminal domestic violence. Despite this, he got released the next day. When we were in jail, a simple driving under suspension was considered pretty important and people were not released that quickly. Considering he also hit a four-year-old child, he should of remained in jail for several months. In this incident, Jerry hit both Christine and Melody. As you may notice, one more time, it wasn't Christine that called the police but a witness. When I say she's under hypnosis and can't do what she normally would I know what I am talking about. These incidents were always referred to us first before it got to the police - perhaps to get us caught in between it all with Jerry. We don't know anymore how many times Christine came to our house with blue marks on her arms and legs but she never told us anything more. Several times, Melody came to our house as well with marks. When my mother would give her a bath, (Melody's Great-Grandmother), Melody wouldn't let her touch her thighs as she would complain that they were hurting. My mother asked her "Was it you Grandmother that did this?" Melody said no. Then my mother asked her "You mother?", but again Melody replied with "No". When asked "Jerry?" she said "Yes". My mother didn't ask her any more questions to not bring back bad memories - plus there is nothing more we can do at the moment. They're waiting for us to complain on a little something so that they can turn everything against us. We know that Jerry is well protected by the CIA - we can't do anything to him and we're the ones that are targetted. Jerry broke Christine's phone so we decided to bring Christine another one she could use. When we got to her house, we found a relatively new Toyota Camry parked outside - someone was visiting her. We honked outside constantly but no one would come out - we avoided going in the house. Finally after about 10 minutes, Christine finally came out with Melody. We were right outside by the living room window the whole time honking! She gave us Melody and told us she was going to get her clothes and leave to come stay with us for a while. As we left, I told my son Despot that I didn't believe that Christine will come over as they were conditioning her to stay there with Jerry. I was right, that's what eventually happened. The next day, February 2, the judge let Jerry out on a PR Bond and two days after that, both Jerry and Christine were at our house to pick Melody up. Jerry's dad also promised them some NASCAR tickets as well to try to calm things down again. Christine showed us her new gun (a 38 caliper). I tried to explain to her that guns were not something to have around the house but nothing helped. To our greatest surprise, Christine went out to the car and came back to show us Jerry's gun (a 32 caliper colt). Both of them were driving around with guns on them. They both have suspended driving licenses but the police somehow never pulls them over.  February 20, 2007 was Melody's fifth birthday. They came over to celebrate it with us. Christine would come and go but always with Jerry next to her in the car. February 24, 2007, we were exchanging text messages with Christine but Jerry didn't want Melody to come over to our house. We sent Christine a text message saying Jerry has no say in our own family problems. Here, it was Jerry that quickly sent us a reply text message "Im THE Motha fuckinMAN U GOT SOMETHING 2 SAY BOUT ME PUSSY SAY IT 2 ME BITch". It was more than obvious that he was looking for an argument. We understood that Jerry was looking for problems/stories and whatever the result of the fight, we would be the ones who would have ended up in jail - that's why we avoided him as much as possible. During that time, we only thought it could go that far. Jerry had all his time to find arguments/fights as both him and Christine had no job. For example, one day when they were over at our house (well Christine was but Jerry was out waiting in the car), they both started arguing about who was going to drive. He probably hoped we would get in the middle of it. March 9, 2007, Christine celebrated her birthday with us. Sunday, March 11, we then celebrated Despot Jr's birthday (however this time, she came alone with Melody). While she was driving back, Jerry called her and asked her if she could come pick him up at his father's house. As soon as Christine arrived in front of Jerry's father trailer, Jerry immediately started a fight which caused Christine a nose bleed (all this in front of Melody who was crying). He broke her phone once again but Christine was still able to call us through the speakerphone on it. We could hear them arguing "Give me the keys to my car" and Jerry talking in the background. This was going on around 11 o'clock at night. Christine asked us to come pick her up because she was full of blood - we told her to hold on and we quickly called the Anderson's Sheriff Office. They said they would send someone to see what was going on but it was taking them a very long time as well. After about 10-15 calls, they told us they couldn't find the house. We explained to them again where it was located but they told us it would take time before the officer could go back again. We called the FBI in Columbia to complain but we were told that there is nothing they could as it was completely out of their hands. When the police knocked on their door, Jerry's dad opened the door and told them no one called the cops and that everything was ok. The police noticed Christine's car on the side but left anyhow. Jerry then immediately called us and threatened us because we called the police him. He then started fighting with Christine again and head-butted her right on her nose. He set her bleeding again after she had just changed her clothes. Melody was crying - a five year old child exposed to such violence. We finally called the Sheriff's Office in our County and they told us they couldn't do anything in Anderson County but he was going to see what they could do. At around 1am, Christine called us from her house - she had just gotten there and was using my ex-wife's phone. Finally a police officer got to their house. They snapped some pictures and filled out the following police report:  Once more, Christine was unable to call the police. Even when she got home with her mother, she called us and asked us to call them. It is a small clue showing that hypnosis was indeed used on her. For some time already, I had doubts that Jerry was programmed to kill us but all he was looking for was an opportunity. That night, he hoped that we would have driven in front of his father's house. He would have had "good reasons" in front of the judge "I like that girl and took her, her daughter and sick mother in my house". "The father and brother kept getting in-between my new family; they came on our property in the middle of the night-uninvited". The affair would have appeared to look like a family problem. It was a real mafia setup and within a few details, it was the same thing that happened to Sammy Corleone in "The Godfather" by Mario Puzo. A new warrant was therefore set for Jerry Webb. March 16, 2007, Jerry had to be in General Sessions court for the previous incident. He actually showed up for court but walked straight out because they supposedly didn't see that he had a warrant. (This event may and may not be exact as we only heard it through Christine). I had stated at the time that whatever the case may be, he wasn't going to be jailed but that they will re-hypnotize Christine again to stick her with Jerry again. Christine is their only way to get to us so that they can finish with us once and for all. I wasn't mistaken as on March 23, 2007, at about 10pm, Christine came and got Melody from our house (it was a Friday). I asked her why "So you can take her to the mountains with Jerry Saturday?" She told me no no no but that is indeed what happened. We gave Christine several jobs she could do for us on the computer and paid her well. However, near the end of March they immediately found her a job in a good restaurant with a lot of tips. Around March 31/April 1, Christine wouldn't call us anymore and is avoiding all contact with us. Jerry is with her and they are convinced that this time because of Melody, we're going to go to their house on their property so that Jerry can finish his dirty work. April 14, we went to go see Christine at her job and asked her when was she going to bring Melody over but she would find any pretext not to. She's avoiding us and not calling us anymore. All these manipulations are well organized; the Yugoslavian UDBA weren't sitting with their arms crossed. My sister in Yugoslavia was offered a car with a chauffeur for all the traveling she does for her job. In exchange, she's constantly giving us false information and is trying to get me to argue with the rest of the family. That way, when I will be dead, even my family in Yugoslavia will deny me. There are several other details but this affair between the CIA, UDBA, etc... is well synchronized. Several websites we host for Serbs in Chicago began being troublesome. The only explanation is that they were in search of a pretext so that they could get a hold of our domains (all of them including despotovic.com and despotovic.net). These websites are being more and more popular and is bothering them greatly. The UDBA well knows that it is only a question of time when our case might change hands and that the new person handling it will realize the truth. In that case the whole Yugoslavian network along with their lies will come tumbling down. It wasn't possible to transfer those few domains outside of our account so we had to transfer our websites out of it. Of course here in the United States, Jerry wasn't the only obstacle placed in front of us. Since the fall of 2006, we've been buying some new equipment over the Internet. However, everything we buy has a problem - a little this doesn't work, or a little that is missing, or a connector is not functioning, etc... We DO KNOW how to deal on eBay. All these vendors had 100% positive feedback (or nearly) but somehow only things for us weren't working. We thought it to be a coincidence but time after time, the same thing kept happening until April 13, we received our new high end fax machine all boxed up brand new from the factory. It also didn't work! What do you think? We also bought a big machine worth about $800 and the vendor didn't notice he sold it to us and relisted it for sale. At the same time, another vendor listed 3 machines much more newer for only $129 each. We bought two of them and to comfort us, he even emails us a picture of his warehouse in Baltimore and we would only be able to pick them up Thursdays between 2-6pm. We were unable to ever get a hold of them over the phone - only through email. Finally, we hired a freight carrier to transport them to us. During February/March 2007, our central heater broke in our house. We immediately let the agency know. They quickly sent someone to check it out to see what it would cost. After a couple more days, we call them back to see what was decided. They heating/cooling company told us they were never even asked for a quote. This time it was the landlord who took matters in his own hands and sent a 40 year old man who does a/c work on the side. He would come and go (I can't remember how many times) and install a little this and that every time. Someone from the landlord's family decided to come over during this time as well to "look for a cedar chest" that had been left there years ago. We told them it was our sixth year here and the basement was empty when we moved in. She came over anyhow and under the pretext of "a cedar chest", she checked out our entire basement - all our equipment, beekeeping equipment, etc... A lot of other people already saw what we had upstairs (books, computers, piano, etc...) I personally have a very strong feeling that they're trying to put us in jail again so they can sell all our belongings at an auction. Back in June of 2006, a man from the agency came to see us in jail to present this option to us. This "gentleman" who was fixing our heat left a bunch of tools in our basement and told us he'll be back in a couple of days to finally finish everything. Well we haven't seen him for the last three weeks already. Since we began talking of Communist infiltration in Europe, as well as here in the U.S. it is more than evident that we placed ourselves in danger more than ever. They perfectly know that it will eventually get some high official's attention who isn't in on it. April 16, 2007, we're going to start faxing again. We have more things to add that aren't directly tied to our case and hope to add them by April 30, 2007. UPDATE: NOVEMBER 23, 2007 We would like to apologize for not adding updates sooner. The delay was due to the nature of our new business. We discovered a new source of revenue and cannot allow ourselves the luxury of neglecting our finances. As we previously stated, on March 23, 2007, Christine picked up Melody from our house and cut off all contact with us afterwards. Since the “Jerry setup” failed, [for someone] it was no longer necessary for Christine and Melody to come over to our house anymore. I’m not holding anything against Christine (as well as my other children) as I know they are not responsible for their actions. Often, I speak of hypnosis, it may seem a little over-exaggerated and with time, it may start to appear a bit drawn-out and too fantastic for certain people. My mother, my son Despot and I know Christine too well. For years, when we would go places with Christine, she would push Despot or Corinne out of the way because she wanted to be the one to lead me. Jokes and other amusements that would go on in the family only we know as well. It is very obvious today that Christine isn’t really herself when she is permanently with her mother and doesn’t want to hear about us. As far as the relations between Christine and her mother, things are very different. For example, for the first 18 months they lived in Belton, SC, the police station there received no less than 25 calls from them. She would kick Christine out of the house, or Catherine, or both of them, etc… Often, the child seats for the little ones would fly over the porch. Once for example, Christine and her mother were driving in the car together. Well her mother decided to stop by the police station and honk her horn because they were having an argument. When a police officer came out to see what the commotion was, she (in her bad English) tried to explain to the officer that Christine had a warrant for a bad check that she had written. The officer couldn’t understand so turned around and went back inside. When I tell you that my ex-wife is a bulldozer that runs over everything in front of her you see what I mean. She has pity or love for no one. If Christine today is taking care of her, it’s solely because she was ‘ordered’ to do so. This idea corresponds a lot to the theory Dorothy Bates had talked about. When we spoke to her last by the White House, she would jump up feverously and say “SHE IS THE MOTHER!” The visions this woman had weren’t very clear or perhaps it was just a pretext to better agonize me. WHAT WORRIES ME MOST IS THAT MS. DOROTHY BATES TRAVELED TO EAST EUROPE IN 1956 INCLUDING YUGOSLAVIA. I”VE ASKED MYSELF SEVERAL TIMES FOR WHO DOES SHE REALLY WORK FOR TODAY??? We are always on our guards as much as we can. For a BMW that we sold last year, the customer who bought it called us and asked us if we by chance had the code for the radio in it as he replaced the battery and needed to reprogram it. At the same time, we receive an email from Mr. Robert Kadunce (he is the one that sabotaged the sale of the BMW at the time). A simple Google search has revealed that you have posted my personal information on your website including my personal home address. This information has been posted without my permission or written consent. We visited a forum he was subscribed to (r3vlimited.com). He stated there he was looking into pressing charges. Our suspicion was justified. Near the end of May, we decided to leave home and drive around the country to pick up some equipment we had already paid. From South Carolina we went up to Maryland. We picked up a trailer there as our van was too small. We then headed towards South Bend, Indiana. U-Haul stated there would be no problem in keeping the trailer for longer than 3 days as we would just pay the difference when we brought it back. Once we reached Ohio, the U-Haul agency in Maryland calls us and wanted the trailer back by the next morning. Otherwise, they threatened us that they would immediately press charges that their trailer was stolen. We were obliged to return it to a U-Haul dealer in Ohio and rent right back for a one way trip back (like this, we would have the trailer under a legal contract). The same night at the hotel, a customer next door to us made a big story about a parking spot. The next morning, we found a note on the windshield with very insulting words on it calling us big selfish parking hogs. They were convinced that we would stick the same note back on his windshield (he would be in the room filming us behind the window). They were waiting for us to make a false step to arrest us. --- We also learned at the same time that a machine we had to pick up was ‘accidentally’ gifted to someone else. Only one thing was left to do, to go back to South Carolina to unload everything we had already picked up. As far as Camille goes, we’ve been paying her cell phone bill every month. It is the only way we can exchange a few words with her. On the night of June 14, 2007, Camille called us crying. She called us in the middle of night from her car (she was parked on a parking lot). She hadn’t been getting along with her boyfriend for a long time already. Yet, she was obliged to stay with him even though she didn’t stand him. Her boyfriend didn’t seem much happier either, but he had the same orders. Four days later, Catherine calls us. She was in the exact same situation as Camille. However, she couldn’t go over to her mother’s or Christine’s house as they were in Chicago. What surprised us the most was that our phone number was erased from Catherine’s mind. She couldn’t even remember the road to take to come over to our house (we live on a major five lane highway). Our phone number was a toll-free number which hadn’t changed for the past 8 years. She had to get our number from Camille. She spent the night at our house and was very happy. She went to work the next day and we didn’t hear much from her afterwards. Whether it be JD or Catherine, they are both unhappy. The bodies are there where we tell them to be but the spirit aren’t. JD is very depressed and drinks a lot as he dreams of his Chicago sidewalks, and doesn’t enjoy spending time in a small apartment watching over a small child. As for Catherine, their situation isn’t her style at all (the same goes for Camille and Christine). As for car repairs (such as changing brakes, etc…) Christine would help Catherine but she would no longer ask her brother for anything. When it’s a repair that they cannot manage, they pay shops outrageous prices to have them do it. We didn’t want to stay in South Carolina very much longer as we felt we were being highly targeted. At the beginning of July 2007, we found ourselves in the Washington DC area. We believed that to go protest by the White House would not yield much result. We decided instead to create for ourselves a stable situation in the area. A situation where we can work and protest at the same time. It wasn’t easy and took a lot of our time. For the last weekend of July, we decided to make a quick trip back home just in time to meet Christine and Melody at our house. She spent an evening just to wash clothes but she did not want to leave Melody with us. We then went back to Washington DC and for the months of August and September, we spent time to reinforce our economic situation there. It’s a good thing too we came back to Washington DC. Sometime near the end of August 2007, someone broke the back window of Christine’s house to enter the house. They stole her gun and her mother’s camcorder. It’s strange that they broke into a house in South Carolina because the laws there are pretty strict. They are easily risking 20 years of prison. They then asked us if we by any chance we did it! It’s a very good thing we weren’t in South Carolina at the time! While in Washington DC, we found a storage unit where the owner let us run a small generator so we can work. We were located in a spot where we would not bother anyone. Sometime in October however, we received a new tenant right beside us (despite all the other empty storage units available). The new tenants made a very big ceremony arranging their belongings to show us that there was nothing offensive for us there. The next day, cars would drive very slowly by and speed up afterwards. We started to get a very ill feeling about the situation. We did not know if it was just a bluff or if it was serious. In any case, something was to happen as even the Storage Owner changed his attitude towards us (he pretended he didn’t see us and felt very uneasy when we talked to him). At the same time, we started having problems at the hotel we were staying at. The employees at the front desk would cut our phone calls off. A lot of noise would come from surrounding rooms. One night, someone forced the lock on our van and opened the door. The glove box was open but it seems like they didn’t have time to take anything. The van was parked IMMEDIATELY in front of our hotel room and our door was actually partially opened (just a small chain keeping it from opening all the way up to let air in). The hotel office was also located right across from our room and was staffed 24/7. As we were away from home for so long already and my mother was alone in South Carolina, we decided to make a trip home. Once we got home, we immediately got to work. We spoke often of cars we should get rid of as we didn’t have much time anymore to fix them up. Miraculously, a very poor man came and asked us if we had junk cars for sale. In the past, we’ve had visits from people that were passing by and they would ask us if we by chance had any car we could sell them so they could fix it up themselves. This time however, the question was very precise, did we have any junk cars we wished to crush? Exactly as we had worded it. We quickly negotiated and the man was to get them the same day. We also added on to the cars a pile of parts which we had kept for future cars. We were well aware that someone had sent him. We made him sign a paper with a list of cars he purchased with VIN numbers and handed him the titles for the cars. However, the problem wasn’t there. The next day, four of them showed up to get the cars. Among the four was a young man who just happened to be in jail with us back in 2006. They simply took one car that day and things were being stretched out. We understood that they weren’t there to really get the cars but to delay our leave from the house. With all urgency, we packed our belongings and left South Carolina for the Washington D.C. area (a week later, there are still some car parts left by our house, the man still hadn’t had time to come pick them all up). For the moment, we’re taking advantage of the time to add these updates to our website. Our thanksgiving holiday is being spent in a hotel room but at least we have the time to make all these additions to our website. For the past several months, we were way too busy to write here regularly. However, we also didn’t want to uncover our position and future plans. The more time went by, the more news we capture and the more we realize that this ‘mind control’ situation is much broader than we imagined. Sometimes we get goose bumps as we see these brand new clinics being built (in very small towns) with no customers ever parked in front. We ask ourselves what is their real mission? What worries most is the letter we received from Mark & Cathy. We received the following email:

In Guatemala, 54 small children were found by police. Children who were kidnapped and ready to be transferred to the United States. A woman cries and says how men came up to her with guns and kidnapped her child. She hasn’t been able to find him since. In January 2007, in South Africa, Oprah Winfrey opens up a school for poor young girls. Out of several thousand girls, they chose 350 or 450 girls. They had to be between 11-13 years old and could not have AIDS. The complex was very big with several buildings and we really ask ourselves what exactly is this being used for?
This summer, France also started trafficking children. The agency Zoe’s Ark tried to kidnap over 100 children in Chad under the pretext that they came from Darfur. November 15, 2007 the Chad government discovered that 95 of the 103 children were actually from Chad, and for the 8 others, they were still trying to determine their origin.
If this case was closed, another one was opened up in Milano, Italy. A few years ago, the CIA kidnapped an Imam and sent him to Egypt so he could be tortured there. Now, he is back and pressed charges. This lead to the arrest 23 CIA agents who quickly found themselves in front of a judge. The judge launched some International warrants against another 28 CIA agents. They were all meddled in the kidnapping. Without doubt they were all courageous men, they prefer being in a group. This poor Imam had a bus load of CIA agents jump on him (51 of them!) They sure did do a good job. The Imam will get millions of dollars in the settlement. A lot of news swayed over us too. Recently, a lot of Mexicans have been arrested at work because they are illegal immigrants. A lot of these poor people leave their children here in the United States because they were born here in the U.S. and are considered American Citizens. They have hopes that they will have a better future here in the U.S. Poor people, they have no idea what their government is doing in their mind control project, and God knows what will become of their children. On one side we’re making a very big commotion showing all these illegal immigrants we’re deporting and on the other side, we have planes flying in from Africa. The U.S. accepted over 8,000 people from a refugee camp lost somewhere in Africa. They were refugees from an old conflict which I personally have never heard of. This summer, while we were in the Washington DC area, we heard French a little everywhere. At the store, in the street, at a restaurant, etc… They are people who came from Cameroon, Ivory Coast, and other African Countries. They have loads of credit cards and don’t speak a word of English, yet it is incredible the amount of them we find. We cannot for the moment see what is going on and why it’s happening. The United States is transforming itself very deeply. It isn’t the country it was in 60s. An America of Bob Dylan and Elvis Presley that made us dream. Now, the freedom of the press has been completely eliminated and journalists get sent to jail.
